Hello! I'm Abigail, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based in Florida. I received my Masters from Indiana University and have been practicing for over 10 years. Hi! I'm Dorian.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida - a Jax native with a recent move south to the Space Coast. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2014 focusing on clinical social work.
I approach therapy with flexibility and adaptability, focusing on what will best align with you, the client. But, of note, I do so very casually, honestly, conversationally, and course, hilariously (the latter, though subjective, has been confirmed. By me.) . Opening yourself up to therapy can be intimidating! A bit scary! But there's no requirement stating you must dread it.
Through my views on mental health, self help, and all kinds of therapy - combined with, well, my personality - it seems that I've become adept at a sort of "stealth therapy." Admittedly self-defined, I'd best explain this by saying that sessions are conversational, instead of a "traditional" therapist-role to client-role back and forth.
Just kidding. But, I approach therapy in a way I . I don't speak in riddles, and I won't pretend that I know you better than you know you. I listen, I hear your words -- your input has value and I will never dismiss you or your concerns.
Hey, I’m Joleen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the co-founder of CJ Counseling. Hi, I'm Julia, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and women who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and difficult life experiences. I help those who are struggling during life transitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. I also work with women who find themselves caught in patterns of people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for other's emotions. For teens experiencing anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or social struggles, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence.

In a therapeutic session, you will find an attentive, compassionate listener who is firmly on your side. My role is to help you make meaningful changes, process difficult situations, externalize emotions, and view your experiences through a new and more empowering lens.
With twenty years of experience working with clients from many walks of life, I have accompanied people through a wide range of transitions and challenges. I bring that breadth of experience into every session, doing my absolute best to support you as you move toward clarity, healing, and growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I moved to Florida from Nashville but have roots in Mississippi and Virginia. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in April of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. I used that degree to enroll at Capella University where I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in March of 2021. My passion for counseling started when I was very young. In my teenage years I participated in groups that worked to prevent teen suicide. This interest eventually worked its way into my adult life as a career in the mental health field.
My first position after graduating with my Masters was assisting individuals whose substance abuse lead to involvement in the criminal justice system. Building on that, I also have experience with Veterans' issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationships, depression, anxiety, social fears and many other mental health diagnoses.
I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all approach to an individual’s mental health. I use a wide range of techniques to best help my clients to achieve the goals they set forth during their time in treatment by developing strategies and coping skills to achieve optimal mental health.
My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I enjoy building rapport with clients over time. I believe the greatest feeling is when a client knows it's time to transition out of therapy and feels equipped to do so after our time together. I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and build fulfilling lives. My approach is warm and interactive, focusing on empowering clients with practical tools and coping strategies. Together, we’ll create a personalized path toward your goals and lasting well-being.
