Hi! My name is Katie. I am passionate about experiential therapies, client centered care, and holistic healing. I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and families of all ages in a variety of clinical settings facing mental health struggles, trauma, and addictions. I have been a Registered Yoga Instructor since 2018 and find benefits with pairing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation with therapy. I also love scuba diving, my rescue dog, and anything related to being immersed in nature!
