I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy.
Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing.
The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.

Together, we’ll set realistic goals, develop coping skills, and build strategies that help you feel more in control, balanced, and confident.
Since 2014, I have been helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier ways of thinking. I focus on building habits that lift mood, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful progress, while teaching practical tools like deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
I also have extensive experience supporting people in recovery from addiction, including four years as a substance abuse counselor in a men’s residential treatment center. I help clients break old patterns, build coping strategies, and create realistic relapse-prevention plans.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, helping them gain insight into what’s contributing to their symptoms and shift patterns that improve overall well-being.
I specialize in supporting men navigating stress, relationships, divorce, or pressures to “hold it all together,” including struggles with addictions like pornography or substance use. Together, we focus on building resilience, improving relationships, and creating balance and fulfillment.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I moved to Florida from Nashville but have roots in Mississippi and Virginia. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in April of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. I used that degree to enroll at Capella University where I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in March of 2021. My passion for counseling started when I was very young. In my teenage years I participated in groups that worked to prevent teen suicide. This interest eventually worked its way into my adult life as a career in the mental health field.
My first position after graduating with my Masters was assisting individuals whose substance abuse lead to involvement in the criminal justice system. Building on that, I also have experience with Veterans' issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationships, depression, anxiety, social fears and many other mental health diagnoses.
I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all approach to an individual’s mental health. I use a wide range of techniques to best help my clients to achieve the goals they set forth during their time in treatment by developing strategies and coping skills to achieve optimal mental health.

Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Every client should feel like they found exactly the right person. If your main concerns involve grief, substance use, divorce, or couples therapy, you will find someone here who is a better fit. For everything else life has thrown your way? I'm right here.
📣Life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning/after-hour sessions (6:00AM–10:00PM EST), along with self-pay options ($110) to give you a little more flexibility.

Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings.
I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.
I am a Licnesed Mental Health Therapist who wants to help each person find their own authentic voice in their life. I have worked in different fields including grief, behavior, and mental health which has given me different perspectives on the different challenges that we all as humans go through. I seek to help each person find what sparks joy and provides meaning for each person individually.
Hi, I’m Maria a Licensed Professional Counselor with twenty years of experience, including more than fourteen years supporting military service members and their families. I specialize in working with adults who look put together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck under the surface. Many of my clients are used to carrying everything alone, pushing through stress, and holding themselves to impossible standards. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of the patterns that keep you tense or on edge, and build tools that actually fit your life. My goal is to help you move from survival mode into a steadier, more grounded way of living where you feel clear, capable, and supported, not stretched thin.
I help people reconnect with who they are beneath stress, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy with me focuses on resolving the experiences and patterns that block joy, clarity, and self-trust so you can move forward on your own terms. My goal is to help you build balance across mind, body, and nervous system while developing practical skills that support long-term change.
I offer a unique experience of integrative, interactive, and holistic therapy style that blends modern psychology with mind–body approaches. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Adlerian principles, neuroscience, developmental psychology, Brainspotting, mindfulness, meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and wellness-based strategies. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual — combining practical tools, emotional healing, and insight so that therapy is both grounded and transformative.
With sensitivity, patience, we will work collaboratively to strengthen your resilience, process trauma and restore a sense of steadiness and joy.
