I’m Dr. Amanda Ashley Taylor, a Caribbean-American Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holistic psychotherapist. My approach blends clinical training with holistic and spiritual practices. I draw from narrative therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness—integrating tools like guided reflection, breathwork, energy healing, daily routines and lifestyle strategies. Clients describe my style as grounding, compassionate, and transformative. I see the whole person—mind, body, spirit—and help clients realign with who they truly are. Many clients report feeling more peace, clarity, and empowerment within just a few sessions. As a master strategist with a mix of humor and compassion, my goal is simple: you leave every session better than when you arrived.
