I’m Dr. Amanda Ashley Taylor, a holistic psychotherapist guiding adults navigating burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts to reconnect with themselves and create lives rooted in balance, clarity, and authenticity. My work blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight—helping you feel seen, grounded, and empowered. As a single parent and homeschool mom of two, I live between Florida and Puerto Rico, cultivating healing collectives and embodying a high-vibrational lifestyle outside the matrix whenever possible. I bring my lived experience and personal healing journey into every session—because I know how real your experience is. My mission is to work with you in real time to elevate you to your next best version of self.

My approach blends clinical training with holistic and spiritual practices. I draw from narrative therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness—integrating tools like guided reflection, breathwork, daily routines and lifestyle strategies. Clients describe my style as grounding, compassionate, and transformative. I see the whole person—mind, body, spirit—and help clients realign with who they truly are. Many clients report feeling more peace, clarity, and empowerment within just a few sessions. As a master strategist with a mix of humor and compassion, my goal is simple: you leave every session better than when you arrived.
I work best with deep feelers, high achievers, and those who carry a lot for others but struggle to refill their own cup. I draw on Jungian practices like shadow work, exploring archetypes, and even birth chart reflections to support deeper self-discovery. This process helps clients align with purpose and integrate hidden parts of themselves.
I recognize the deep connection between mind and body. My practice includes an 8-point holistic lifestyle assessment, along with tools like grounding, movement, and breathwork to support balance and resilience.
