Hi! I'm Stephanie and I'm so glad you found me! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a mom. I help women discover a version of themselves that feels CONFIDENT, WORTHY, and BALANCED in all parts of their lives. I specialize in women and maternal mental health. I primarily support concerns with anxiety, depression, ADHD, perinatal/postpartum adjustment, stress, burnout, self-esteem, relationship issues, perfectionism, parenting/ co-parenting, career planning, body image, life transitions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our work will begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy and what goals you hope to achieve in therapy. I'll gather some information and then we’ll work together to make those goals a reality! I strive to create a warm and inviting environment where you feel comfortable to share and be vulnerable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, working with you as a team to develop skills and insights that lead to lasting growth. Incorporating strength-based and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I aim to provide you with tools that you can carry with you beyond our sessions—whether it’s managing stress, improving your relationships, or navigating life’s many transitions. I believe that each of us has the capacity for healing and growth, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your goals and values.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is evidenced-based treatment that is clinically proven to help a variety of mental health concerns. I use it to help my clients identify and address inaccurate or unhelpful thoughts in order to gain a clearer perspective on challenging situations so that they can respond more effectively. It’s effective for treating anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues by focusing on problem-solving and practical strategies for improving emotional regulation. Through CBT, my clients will learn skills needed to improve their relationships, happiness, and overall fulfillment in life.

Strength-Based

Strength-Based approaches focuses on a client’s strengths and resilience rather than their problems. I use this method to highlight my clients' abilities, foster their self-esteem, improve their personal outlook, and see themselves with more clarity. With increased self-confidences, clients are able to have a more positive outlook and take actionable steps towards their goals.

Integrative

I use an integrative approach with a combination of CBT, strength-based approaches, Mindfulness, and other approaches to cater to my clients individual needs. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional that utilizes trauma-informed techniques to help my clients heal and improve their resilience.
