Hi! My name is Kaitlyn! I’m a therapist who works primarily with adolescents and men, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, practical, and grounded in evidence-based techniques like CBT to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to grow.
I specialize in holding space for the deep-thinkers and cycle-breakers, the individuals who have spent a lifetime looking inward and dismantling generational patterns, yet still feel the friction of a world demanding 'more' at the expense of 'being.'
My approach combines a lifelong passion for psychology and therapeutic processes with a multicultural, spiritually grounded worldview. As a mother, a doctoral candidate, and a business owner, I don't just teach boundaries; I live them. I am a 'Keturah-sized' bridge in the wellness gap for those who have cycled through therapists searching for a peer who truly sees them. Together, we intentionally move past the '15 tasks by yesterday' mentality and into a strategic, soul-deep architecture of rest, healing, and expansion.
I am a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida with over 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked around the world- in Mexico, in the US, in Germany, in Japan, and in US, and worked in a wide variety of settings, including extensive work in community mental health, substance abuse/addictions, child welfare, and with military and veteran populations. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including couples/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, immigration-related issues, abuse and trauma, divorce and separation, and grief and loss, among other things. I have also worked extensively with the Marine Corps in the area of force preservation and suicide prevention, and have worked with other branches of the service as well, both in the US and OCONUS.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I honestly believe we can work together to find solutions for almost any problem and that we can emerge from challenges stronger, and even more resilient. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness training, and other techniques. I also have incorporated many things I have learned in my travels and interactions with psychology in other cultures and countries into my extensive training. I will tailor our interactions and treatment to help you meet your goals and work collaboratively with you every step along the way.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
Hi there, I'm Renita.
I'm happy that you have landed here in search of doing some very important work to improve your life! Mental health plays such an important role in how we advocate, manage and show up for ourselves and the way we navigate our world. I help support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by constantly trying to balance and grab a hold of the many responsibilities of their day to day that impacts their relationships, work and/or health. With so many responsibilities to manage, I know it can be hard to prioritize the (much needed) time to incorporate self care and engage in hobbies that you once enjoyed. I am skilled in exploring and strategizing with those looking to be held accountable for positive lifestyle changes by using their strengths to encourage growth.
I help individuals and couples learn effective strategies to combat anxiety, depression, extreme stress and communication difficulties. Together, we can identify your strengths and challenges and utilize both to work towards bringing balance into your life. We'll use a person centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit while taking into account your current environment and life experiences both past and present.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to work with you throughout the journey to empower you and equip you with useful tools and resources. Seeking therapy may seem scary if you dont know what to expect but you're making the right choice. In each of our sessions, you will have an opportunity to feel seen and heard allowing you to process your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere to promote healing and growth at a pace that works for you. Let's work together!
I work extensively with people to assist them with improving relationships, work to improve management of anxiety, anger management while improving self-confidence, and self-esteem. I also work with depressive-based symptoms and teach coping and improved thought processes to create a lifelong change to your ability to meet your needs. Together, we will identify what's not working and get you back to a baseline that works for you. I work holistically, my therapy provides tools to support needs within yourself, your relationships, and your family dynamic. If you're dealing with overwhelming emotions and feelings, hurtful relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I also have many years experience working with people with Autism as well as all Applied Behavioral modalities. When a person is seeking therapy, this is a huge leap of faith towards asking for help that I deeply respect and admire. I will provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for you to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I will always meet you “where you are” and provide strength-based solutions through evidence-based techniques so you can overcome and move forward in your life. Let's get started!
Hi there! I'm Dorian.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida - a Jax native with a recent move south to the Space Coast. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida State University in 2014 focusing on clinical social work.
I approach therapy with flexibility and adaptability, focusing on what will best align with you, the client. But, of note, I do so very casually, honestly, conversationally, and course, hilariously (the latter, though subjective, has been confirmed. By me.) . Opening yourself up to therapy can be intimidating! A bit scary! But there's no requirement stating you must dread it.
Through my views on mental health, self help, and all kinds of therapy - combined with, well, my personality - it seems that I've become adept at a sort of "stealth therapy." Admittedly self-defined, I'd best explain this by saying that sessions are conversational, instead of a "traditional" therapist-role to client-role back and forth.
Just kidding. But, I approach therapy in a way I . I don't speak in riddles, and I won't pretend that I know you better than you know you. I listen, I hear your words -- your input has value and I will never dismiss you or your concerns.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.

Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
If you're functioning on the outside but struggling on the inside, you don't have to do it alone. Hi, I'm Gessica (Like Jessica, but with a "G"), a licensed mental health counselor and certified perinatal mental health professional with over a decade of experience helping people untangle the overwhelm and move forward with confidence. I specialize in supporting adults through life's big (and often messy) transitions. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on helping you find practical solutions without feeling judged or rushed. I'm especially passionate about working with clients through perinatal mental health issues, relationship and identity struggles, and the anxiety that often comes with major life changes, like divorce, becoming a parent, moving to a new city, or starting a new career. If you're ready to feel more like yourself again, I'd be happy to be part of your journey!
Psychotherapy provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges, emotions, and transitions. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel understood and empowered as we work together to identify your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and develop effective coping skills. Through this process, we’ll focus on personal growth, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate change with confidence.
I was born in Brazil and have also lived in Switzerland, Ecuador, and now the United States. These experiences have shaped my worldview and help me bring a multicultural and compassionate perspective to my work. Given my background, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and value creating meaningful connections with clients from all backgrounds.
Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about exploring cultures through travel. I’ve had the opportunity to visit 30 countries so far. I also enjoy discovering new foods, exercise and spending sunny weekends outdoors in Florida.
As a therapist, I’m known for being empathetic, authentic, and attuned to my clients’ needs. I believe everyone possesses inner strengths and resources that, when nurtured, can help overcome challenges and foster meaningful, lasting change.
*Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy, and in-person.* I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 10+ years and my mission is to help you find balance in your life. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve.
I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being.
At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice in-person and over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
I received a Master's degree in family psychology, in 2010, from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas. I engage others by helping them feel comfortable while also being solution focused. I prescribe to a Cognitive behavioral approach which helps others see life's problems and solutions in a better light. I work with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, marriage or relationship counseling, premarital counseling, and parents who need some guidance raising their children. Some areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bipolar, problem solving, relationship specialist, communication skills, anger management, coping skills, relaxation exercises, and panic attacks.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with over 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely understood, emotionally safe, and free to show up exactly as you are.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I view many of the challenges people face not as signs that something is wrong with them, but as adaptations that developed in response to past experiences, relationships, and circumstances. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create new ways of responding that align with the life you want to build.
I practice from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused perspective, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and insight-oriented work. Many of the clients I work with struggle with perfectionism, people pleasing, self-criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, or recurring relationship patterns that leave them feeling frustrated or disconnected. My goal is to provide a space that is both supportive and transformative, where honesty is met with compassion, difficult conversations feel safe to explore, and meaningful growth can occur at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.

Are you struggling with challenges that affect your emotional health and wellbeing? Do past experiences feel like they're limiting your potential? Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who believes the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful catalyst for change. My goal is to partner with you toward your desired goals in a supportive, collaborative environment — working together to foster positive change and build strategies for self-empowerment.
I'm trained in EMDR therapy, based on the idea that our brains have a natural system for processing experiences so we can retain what serves our growth. When disturbing experiences overwhelm that system — or we lack the context to make sense of what happened — the effects can linger. EMDR uses bilateral (left-right) stimulation to activate the brain's natural processing system, helping you work through difficult experiences and release what no longer serves you.
I believe our past shapes our present and future, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways. I'd be honored to help you on your journey toward inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
My name is Wendy, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be rooted in respect, compassion, and genuine understanding.
My approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These goal-oriented strategies empower you to tap into your own strengths and create meaningful, lasting change—often allowing you to see progress sooner than expected.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I am committed to meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, or communication issues, I’ll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I’m glad you’ve taken this important step toward change. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move forward on your path to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Hi, I’m Rico Bodin. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Master-Level Addiction Professional, and I’m really glad you’re here.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. That means we’ll move at your pace, focusing not just on what’s been difficult, but also on the resilience and insight you already carry. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, develop practical tools, and help you reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you.
Whether you’re healing from the past or trying to create a more grounded, balanced present, I’m here to support you in moving forward—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Florida Therapist for High-Achieving Adults: ADHD, Burnout & Trauma Recovery
I'm Michael Blake Edwards, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, working with driven adults — executives, entrepreneurs, first responders, and veterans — who look like they have it together from the outside but feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected on the inside. If you've built the career, stayed disciplined, and kept pushing, and something still feels off, that's not a character flaw. It's usually a sign your mind and body are asking for something you haven't addressed yet.
My work focuses on the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, and burnout — often unrecognized adult ADHD, chronic stress, or unresolved trauma hiding underneath a high-functioning exterior. I integrate EMDR (trained through the Trauma Therapist Institute) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal-oriented approach, so sessions build tools you can use immediately — not just insight you sit with.
Areas of focus: adult ADHD assessment and coaching, trauma and PTSD (EMDR/ART), high-functioning anxiety, burnout and nervous system regulation, men's issues, and military and first-responder mental health.
With 14+ years of clinical experience, I hold licensure as an LMHC, plus certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I've also completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching and trained in Mindful Hypnosis.
I offer secure telehealth sessions across all 67 Florida counties and work with most major insurance plans, so cost doesn't have to be the barrier to getting real help. New clients are currently welcome.
This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about clearing out what's in the way so the version of you who already knows how to lead, adapt, and perform under pressure can actually feel steady doing it.
Hello, my name is Kelsy and I'm a therapist who enjoys working with clients with ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, anxiety and/or depression. As a marriage and family therapist, I look at the systems a client is part of i.e. their family, workplace, community, country and world. I seek to understand how behaviors and symptoms make sense within the larger context where they occur. I work with individuals 13+ and couples. In my therapy practice, all religions, spiritual beliefs or having none are respected and explored as needed. Most importantly, I look forward to listening and seeking to understand first as the foundation for our interactions.
Hello there! I chose to become a counselor because I saw a gap in services for those from the LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent communities. As a member of these communities, it was incredibly important to me that they have the same opportunity to receive quality, knowledgeable services as their straight, cisgender, neurotypical peers. As someone with a background in theatre, I enjoy bringing my creativity into session and believe that the arts can be incredibly healing. After receiving my master's from the University of Central Florida in 2020, I started my private practice and have continued to grow since then. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. and hope to educate future counselors and conduct research regarding counseling practices for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folks.
Hello!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained my degree from Marywood University’s Graduate School of Social Work. I completed my undergraduate education at Cedar Crest College, with dual majors in Psychology and Sociology. I have provided counseling in many settings including the geriatric, non-profit and healthcare fields, for over 18 years. I also hold post-graduate certificates in Gerontology, and Palliative/End of Life Care. I am pursuing my doctorate in social work in a program through Kutztown University.
I believe in building a solid therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy and respect using a variety of techniques, and building from a strengths-based perspective to help foster understanding, coping and change. My eclectic therapeutic techniques often include CBT, transformational and psychodynamic approaches, individualized in relation to each client’s need and provided through a trauma informed lens. I am experienced in individual, family, and group counseling.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My hope is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental environment for you to discover yourself and to start on the road to healing. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
Best,
Christina
Starting therapy can be a difficult process. I make this process as easy for you as possible. Therapy starts with us getting to know each other and for me to understand your needs for treatment. I want to make sure that I can meet your requirements and help you work on what you came into treatment for or find you someone who can. As a therapist, I help you become the best version of yourself. My job is to give you the skills to manage difficulties when they occur. Situations occur that you may not feel equipped to handle. Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.
My name is Danaisy Victores with over 14 years of experience in guiding individuals and couples through life’s most challenging moments, I bring a unique blend of conventional therapeutic methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an insightful Kaballistic approach to healing. This combination allows me to address both the practical and spiritual aspects of mental health, supporting my clients in achieving lasting transformation.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, couples, and individuals affected by domestic violence, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, gain new perspectives, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Welcome, I'm glad you're here! While I am relatively new to the Grow Therapy platform, I am a seasoned counselor with over 20 years of experience. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but it is also the beginning of building momentum for change. In my work with clients, I focus on creating a supportive and collaborative space where your experiences are heard and valued. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and strengths, using evidence-based approaches to transform insight into action. I believe that even small steps forward can create meaningful momentum, helping you move towards resilience, healing, and growth. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build the confidence and tools needed for lasting change.
I offer virtual counseling to anywhere in Florida and offer flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends. I hope to meet with you soon!
*In accordance with Florida ethical standards and to maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries and role clarity, I am unable to accept adolescent clients involved in active custody disputes, parenting plan litigation, or reunification therapy. If the adolescent's parents are separated or share legal guardianship, it is essential that the other parent or legal guardian provide consent to therapy before beginning.
**Furthermore, services provided are strictly therapeutic in nature for adults and adolescents and I do not participate in legal proceedings nor do I provide forensic services, evaluations, expert opinions, testimony, affidavits, or written documentation for use in legal matters or for court use.
I am an energetic and creative therapist passionate about meeting with people to bring more clarity, peace, and joy into their life. I am also a Christian, mother, cat-mom, artist, athlete, amateur cook/baker, and reading enthusiast. I utilize a mixture of evidence-based practices and creative exercises to meet people where they are at, develop a deep understanding of their circumstances, as well as how they are thinking about those circumstances. I guide my client to setting specific intentions for our time together that they agree will be worthwhile. I will be warm and understanding, but I am also not afraid to challenge my clients on things they could benefit from changing. I often enjoy using humor and laughter as a force for that change.
I have experience serving in a private practice outpatient capacity, intensive outpatient hospital setting, and at the residential level of care. These unique settings have given me a variety of skills and an ability to understand multiple levels of distress and/or what past treatment may have been like for my clients (the good, the bad, and the ugly.)
I am passionate about helping Millennials and Gen Z overcome hopelessness, exhaustion and self-doubt. My clients feel like they’re forcing a smile but deep down they feel depressed and defeated. It’s confusing and scary. I’ll help you shed a light on your sadness so you don’t have to feel like a fraud or a crazy person. I get it, we can figure this out together. My clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic. Even though what we talk about is important, I believe it’s our genuine connection that will allow you to create true and lasting change.
Hi, I’m Neph! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and have been practicing for about 5 years. I have several years of experience as a social worker and primary therapist treating adolescents and adults with substance use and mental health issues. I use a strengths-based approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy to empower clients and help them address their unique needs.
Hello, my name is Sunshine Wilder and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. In 2004, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work and have been working for the past 22 years with children, teens, and adults in various settings such as child welfare, specialized therapeutic foster care, and outpatient therapy. I have experience working with individuals with a wide range of needs such as stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, depression, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment issues, and Bipolar Disorder.
I am a compassionate and results-driven Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 8 years of experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families. I am skilled in building trust and rapport with young clients, developing age-appropriate interventions, and collaborating with caregivers, school teams, and case managers to foster emotional growth and resilience. I proudly serve diverse families from all backgrounds and tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each child and family unit.
My name is Wanda Barnes, I am a licensed mental health therapist LMHC in Florida and a licensed professional counselor (LPC), in the State of Maine. I started working in substance abuse at 17 years old driving the bus that took clients to AA/NA. Many years later I am still passionate about working with those who struggle with addiction of any kind or those who love them. I also worked 9 years with children and families in schools and foster care. Later I opened and operated a mental health clinic in Florida.
I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience working with athletes, children, adolescents, and adults, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Latinx, immigrant, and foster/adopted parenting communities. I work with clients individually, dyadically, and in groups. I hope to convey warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental curiosity to every client with whom I am honored to enter into a clinical partnership. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.

Hi, I’m a therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical to be effective. I help people sort through stress, self-doubt, relationship tension, and life transitions—with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. My clients often tell me they chose me because I feel relatable and real, and because I’m not afraid to laugh with them even when things are tough.
I’m straightforward and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, help you challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s working—and what isn’t. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in real conversations, real growth, and helping you feel like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or just trying to feel more grounded in your life, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your clarity, and your sense of possibility.
You don’t have to be perfect or polished. Just bring yourself—we’ll take it from there.
