The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My work with clients focuses on navigating life’s transitions that can bring about physical, emotional, and psychological changes. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies to equip you to become the best version of yourself. This includes the ability to tell your own story and embrace your distinct identity. Our journey typically takes 6 to 8 sessions of a combination of evidence-based therapies, like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Most clients see decreased symptoms within a month and consistent improvement after that.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies to equip you to become the best version of yourself. Our journey typically takes 6 to 8 sessions of a combination of evidence-based therapies, like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Most clients see decreased symptoms within a month and consistent improvement after that.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is used with clients who are struggling with emotional regulation, self-harming, and relationship issues. These strategies are also beneficial for clients with depression, post=traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addictions.
