New to Grow
Hi! I’m Hailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), born and raised in Florida. I received my Master's from the University of South Florida. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate ADHD, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, behavioral concerns, and significant life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, validated, and genuinely understood. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but you’ve already taken the first step! And I’m truly glad you’re here.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, collaborative, and welcoming environment. Together, we’ll explore what you want therapy to look like and set goals to guide our work moving forward. I am here to answer any questions and ease any concerns you may have about the therapeutic process.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strengths include demonstrating patience and empathy, building strong therapeutic rapport, and maintaining creativity and flexibility in interventions.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with individuals ages 6 to 35 who are navigating emotional dysregulation, life transitions, anxiety, behavioral challenges, ADHD, and other life stressors. My goal is to collaborate with you in building coping skills and fostering positive, lasting changes in your daily life.
Play Therapy
I integrate a variety of play, art, and narrative therapy approaches, thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs. This helps me meet clients where they are, giving them meaningful ways to express themselves while fostering confidence and growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT can be useful with treating a wide variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, navigating interpersonal relationships, stress management, and everyday life challenges. I integrate CBT concepts to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work in collaboration to identify unhelpful patterns and thoughts while discovering practical strategies to create and foster growth and changed behaviors.
Strength-Based
I use a strengths-based approach to support clients in building confidence, recognizing their abilities, and drawing on their existing strengths to navigate challenges. Together, we identify and build upon these strengths to foster empowerment, resilience, and meaningful growth.
Eclectic
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to best meet your individual needs. My approach is flexible and tailored to where you are right now—your current concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. My priority is to support you in getting where you want to go, so I adapt our work together to fit what serves you best
