My promise to you is to provide compassionate support and guidance to help you understand and manage challenges affecting your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy.

I am deeply committed to supporting clients facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, stress, anger, self-esteem concerns, LGBTQIA+ issues, behavioral difficulties, aging-related matters, and grief/loss. I take pride in helping individuals of all ages, find their voice, especially survivors of abuse and neglect. I help clients reach their potential at work, home, and in social relationships.

I have over 2 years of experience utilizing ACT to assist clients in focusing on the present moment and accepting thoughts and feelings without judgment. I aim to help you move forward through difficult emotions so you can put your energy into healing instead of dwelling on the negative.

Strength-Based

I have over 3 years of experience in utilizing Strength-based Therapy to help clients identify/process their strengths, increase hopefulness of using their own strengths, and promote stronger relationships.
