I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes in the power of personal growth and positive change. With a warm and collaborative approach, I work alongside my clients to create a safe space where they can explore their challenges, gain clarity, and build lasting skills. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, to tailor my work to your unique needs and goals. I am committed to helping you develop practical tools for coping, improving well-being, and creating the life you want. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or life transitions, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first therapy session, clients can expect to fill out an intake form, followed by a discussion to get to know them better. Together, they will establish goals and objectives for therapy, focusing on what they hope to achieve. The therapist will also answer any questions the client may have about the process or what to expect moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

What makes me unique as a therapist is my blend of professional training and personal life experience. As a mother, wife, and survivor of trauma, I deeply understand the complexities of balancing personal challenges, relationships, and self-care. My own journey has shaped my empathetic, non-judgmental approach, allowing me to connect with clients in a meaningful way and offer genuine support. I bring both compassion and practical strategies to our work together, empowering you to navigate life’s difficulties with resilience and hope. My goal is to create a safe, understanding space where you can feel heard, validated, and equipped to make lasting changes

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

The ideal patient for therapy with me is someone who is open to self-exploration and willing to actively engage in the process. I work best with individuals who are committed to making meaningful changes in their lives and are ready to put in the effort required for growth. If you're ready to invest in yourself, explore new perspectives, and work toward tangible improvements, we can create a supportive and collaborative space for you to thrive. Together, we’ll navigate challenges and build the skills necessary to help you live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT, mindfulness, and the Clients spirituality to help challenge negative thoughts (CBT) or reframe negative thoughts, stay present (mindfulness), and find purpose or connection (spirituality), fostering overall emotional healing and resilience

Faith based therapy

I believe faith is a strong spiritual resource that provides a client additional tools which are effective in the path of healing and creating acceptance and resilience. Spirituality and faith can provide a sense of meaning and purpose, helping clients navigate challenges with hope and resilience. Faith may offer a source of comfort and strength, especially during difficult times, by fostering a deeper connection to something larger than oneself. In therapy, incorporating spirituality can encourage clients to explore their values and beliefs, promoting inner peace and a more holistic path to healing.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness helps clients stay present, reducing stress and emotional reactivity by fostering awareness of their thoughts and feelings without judgment. It encourages a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward oneself, promoting self-acceptance and emotional regulation. In therapy, mindfulness enhances the ability to break free from unhealthy patterns, facilitating deeper healing and personal growth
