Hello! It is my hope to support children and their families through my practice. Throughout my years of experience, I have found myself especially drawn to working with younger children. I enjoy using play to teach and build emotional literacy through books, games, art, and imaginative play.
My ideal clients are children ages 3–12 and their families who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, school-related, or developmental challenges. I offer in-person therapy for children ages 12 and under in Manchester, Connecticut. For adolescents and parents, I also offer virtual sessions to provide greater flexibility and accessibility. When working with young children, much of the progress happens through supporting and empowering parents. Families often seek support for concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral challenges, family transitions, or difficulties at school.
I strive to create opportunities during sessions for parents to observe and practice effective strategies for managing dysregulation, providing redirection, and strengthening connection with their child. My goal is to help families create meaningful and lasting change both in and outside of the therapy room.
With over 15 years of experience supporting children and families in both school and clinical settings, I provide a strength-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach that helps children build skills, increase confidence, and develop healthier ways to navigate life's challenges while coaching and supporting parents along the way.

Hi, I am an LCSW and practice in the state of Connecticut. I have my MSW from U-Conn School of Social Work and have been practicing for over 30 years. Throughout the years, I have primarily worked with teenagers and their families in a psychiatric hospital based clinical day school. That includes direct experience with Special Education services, PPT meetings, IEP's (Individual Education Plans) and behavioral challenges within the school setting.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or navigating a major life transition. You don’t have to face those challenges alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change and emotional well-being.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build self-awareness, and create positive, lasting change.
Motherhood will change everything you thought you knew about yourself.
I'm Amanda, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in matrescence, the identity work of becoming a mother. I work with women in pregnancy, postpartum, and the years that follow, when the woman who walked in no longer fits and you are not quite sure who is emerging.
My clients are often high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. They are tired of surface-level coping skills and ready to do the deeper work.
I bring years of clinical experience, a background in executive healthcare leadership, and specialized training in perinatal mental health and EMDR. I also provide affirming, safe care for members of the gender expansive community.
If you are willing to be honest, even when it is uncomfortable, we will do really good work together.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially if you've tried therapy before and felt misunderstood, stuck, or unsure if it was helping. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood.
I'm Jenny, a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and burnout. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, first responders, individuals facing fertility challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand firsthand that many people move through the world feeling different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to meet expectations that weren't designed with them in mind. Whether you're navigating executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, masking, burnout, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space where you don't have to explain or justify your experiences.
Many of the individuals I work with have spent years putting others first, minimizing their own needs, or feeling like they should be able to manage everything on their own. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain insight into what's keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you create change.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I work alongside you to identify meaningful goals and create a path forward that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with you.
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or simply feeling ready for change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
As a therapist, my approach is grounded, conversational, and free of judgment. Clients often tell me it feels like talking to someone who “gets it,” while still being guided in a way that creates real change. You don’t have to have the perfect words, the perfect mood, or the perfect version of yourself when you show up. Simply come as you are.

Since that time I have worked with clients from 12-90 get the support they need.

Having been a Division 1 collegiate athlete, specifically in Big East soccer, I understand the unique stressors faced by student-athletes.

It is my belief that YOU are the expert of your own story, and I am only here as a support character to help you accept or tweak what is no longer serving you on your life journey, or aid in supporting you to no longer second guess your gut instincts. If you're not finding your insurance on here, that doesn't mean I don't accept it, so shoot me an email!
