Life gets heavy...especially when everything shifts at once. I'm Eden, a dual Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor with 9 years of experience. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety , trauma & ptsd, depression, women's issues, divorce/separation, self-esteem, and multicultural issues. I work with a person-centered, holistic approach because I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, not just assessed. My goal is never to tell you who to be, but to help you reconnect with who you already are. I also offer sessions in Romanian.
My first priority is making sure you feel at ease. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what's felt hard to say out loud. I may ask background questions to better understand your story, but you are always in control of what you share and when. By the end of our first session you'll have a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit, and I'll always be honest with you about that.

I show up fully present..direct without being harsh, warm without being passive. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, and Narrative approaches, tailoring every session to your specific needs. I'll always explain my reasoning so you understand the "why" behind our work. My strengths- based flexible style means I meet you exactly where you are not where I think you should be.
I work best with adults and women who are navigating significant life changes. Divorce, identify shifts, relationship transitions, career stress, or simply feeling stuck and disconnected from themselves. My ideal client is self-aware enough to know something needs to change but isn't sure where to start. I also welcome Romanian-speaking clients and individuals from multicultural backgrounds seeking a culturally sensitive space.

This was my first session. I havent had great experiences in the past feeling comfortable with therapy but Eden was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and not judged which is a huge thing for me. Im looking forward to my sessions with her

I found Eden at two very trying times in my life. Both times she helped me develop concise and productive "next steps" and gave me tools that became an integral foundation for my adult years. Her mix of humor, spirituality, and directness when needed allowed me to squash some of the worst and debilitating mindsets I had developed due to my past and, at that time, present decisions.
