Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process. I’ll take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and together we’ll begin to identify areas to focus on moving forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to meet your comfort level, so there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. This first session is the start of building a trusting partnership focused on your growth and well-being.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental support. I believe that each person's story is unique, and I tailor my interventions to meet their specific needs and goals. Through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I guide my clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them gain insights and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Specializing in anxiety and stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions, I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and positive change. I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, to help my clients find practical and sustainable solutions to their challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals in young to middle adulthood who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Many of my clients are seeking meaningful change and want to improve their overall quality of life. I work best with individuals who are motivated, open to self-reflection, and willing to actively engage in learning and implementing tools and techniques to support growth and lasting change.
