My great passion is to heal and empower my clients. I guide my clients, (children, adults, and families), through the exploration of unhealthy patterns and relationships. I provide safety and support for clients to become stronger and happier. If you are ready for change then you are ready to do the work.. Our first session is usually spent becoming familiar with each other to see if we're a good fit. I ask about familiy history and go over intake and assessments.
Of course no single approach is right for every individual so I have trainings and certification in EMDR, IFS, family systems, and play therapy to assist in growth and change.As an adult learner my lifetime of experience has continued to impact my growth in my personal and profession life.
My clients, children, adults, and families are people which experience trauma or severe life stressors and become overwhelmed by the simplest things.
