I guide my clients, (children, adults, and families), with a calm safe environment, We work through the exploration of unhealthy coping skills which can cause negative patterns and strained relationships. I provide safety and support for clients to become stronger and happier. If you are ready for change then you are ready to take the next step. You will be amazed at how capable you are and how quickly change can occur.
Our first session is usually spent becoming familiar with each other to see if we're a good fit. I ask about familiy history and go over intake and assessments.
My approach stands out by my compassion and honesty towards my clients, the safety I provide in the therapy room and of course the different therapeutic approaches I use depending on each individual client I have trainings and certification in EMDR, IFS, family systems, and play therapy to assist in growth and change.As an adult learner my lifetime of experience has continued to impact my growth in my personal and profession life.
