Hola and Welcome, my name is Jennifer Delgadillo a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT. I have been a bilingual therapist for the last 7 years. Throughout my career, I have gained an amplitude of experience working with young adults, children, adolescents, and military. I offer a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to explore and process your current life challenges and develop effective strategies to allow you to continue growing during life changes.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in southern California. I work with individual adults only, utilizing Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) in treating those suffering from trauma/PTSD. I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals who are ready to address their trauma and work towards being free from the triggers, distress and patterns that are affecting their daily lives.

Hi! I am an LMFT based in California, more specifically the Bay Area. I am a father of two beautiful girls (#girldad), an avid golfer, and blackbelt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. I have been working in mental health and performance coaching for over 10 years. My passion is to help athletes and their parents find strategies to balance the demands of their sport and other areas of their life that they may be struggling with. I especially love working with fathers trying to engage their fatherhood in new ways.

My style is Eclectic therapy because it allows me to utilize multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. I have been exposed to different cultures and I am grateful that I was able to connect with a diverse population from around the world. I believe that each person is unique and their experiences and needs are also unique and that’s why I use the technique that will fit the moment and the need. I am very flexible and will explain what and why I am utilizing the approach at the moment. I believe that patients already bring the answers or solutions within and my job is to help them identify their strengths and to work through their weaknesses. I have been working in the mental health field for twenty years. My personal experiences have made me the person I am today and also helped me to connect with people’s experiences. I believe in what I do because I know that people can change their circumstances all they need is willingness and a conscious personal awareness. My strengths are adults male/female (relational, self-esteem, domestic abuse, family issues, vocational, work problems/stress, couples, PTSD, trauma)., anxiety, panic attacks, trauma - PTSD. I was born in Nicaragua and have been living in California for the past 40+ years and I connect and understand the immigrant first/second generation culture and the struggles they may face. I am fluent/bilingual in English/Spanish.

I have specialties in trauma, grief, and loss as my primary focus. In order to get this training, I’ve worked with programs in hospitals, with parole, and on the VA campus, as well as within LGBTQ+ community and programs focused on BIPOC clients. I've usually worked within a few areas at a time to make sure I can reach and create the best practice possible with all my potential/current clients. I also really enjoy/am familiar with working with anxiety disorders (PTSD, CPTSD, OCD, GAD), depressive disorders, Bipolar disorder, personality disorders, family systems, intergenerational trauma, and... really whatever you need to process, including life events like break ups or respectful divorces. I work with families, couples/throuples, and individuals.

Micah Gamez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of practice experience in a variety of settings which include: schools, in-patient and outpatient behavioral health services, crisis, substance abuse, medical social work, family services, community-based wrap around services and private practice. Micah is bilingual, bicultural, a mother and military veteran. Micah is culturally competent and utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and in her approach to counseling others. While including a strengths-based, client-centered, and holistic approach. is my passion to serve you and your needs. At this time, I provide services only through virtual telehealth.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I’m licensed in two states, California, and Georgia. I am also currently pursuing my license in a third state, Florida. I have been a social worker for 20 years, 16 of which have been in the mental health field. I was in the military for 10 years and discharged as an Army Captain. I also have a second master’s degree in educational counseling and a pupil personnel services (PPS) credential. I have many years of experience in the areas of social work, counseling/therapy, career development, and upper management. I have had the opportunity to work for government, educational, non-profit, and profit/private organizations. I have expertise working in the areas of sexual assault, domestic violence, military sexual trauma, childhood trauma, general anxiety, sports performance anxiety, and depression. I feel my many years of experience affords me the professional knowledge and skill set needed to assist my clients in their therapeutic journey.
