What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental space where we focus entirely on you. We'll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy and discussing the specific challenges, feelings, or experiences you would like to address. My goal is to understand your unique story and support your journey from a place of empathy and respect. Together, we'll clarify your goals for therapy, discuss what you hope to achieve, and outline the steps we can take to get there that are tailored to your specific needs. I’ll also provide an overview of how I work and answer any questions you have about the process. This session is all about getting comfortable and ensuring you feel supported as we begin the healing work. Remember, there's no pressure to share everything all at once; we’ll go at your pace. I’m here to guide, listen, and help you feel empowered as we create a path forward together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
