Hello future clients. My name is Kawanna Gritney and I am here to assist you with drastically decreasing your depression and anxiety and help you improve how you show up in and deal with issues that arise in your intimate relationships. If you have been dealing with issues from your past that you have not dealt with and you feel that those issues are holding you back I can assist you with getting past those issues as well and begin the process of building a better version of yourself.
In our first session you can expect me to tell you: - how to be successful in virtual individual therapy, -confidentiality limits and provide a thorough assessment of your history, reason for seeking individual therapy, and what you would like to achieve by participating in individual therapy -if you meet medical necessity for individual therapy treatment along with a provisional diagnosis -the length of time you can expect to be in individual therapy treatment -the type of commitment, actions and tasks that will be expected of you to be successful in individual therapy -My plan to assist you with the concerns you are seeking help for in individual therapy
I feel my greatest strength as a provider is my easy going, down to earth, personable personality and attitude. Knowing how to treat others is something that I have been blessed with. It can't be taught.

I can help you drastically reduce the impact your past trauma has on your current like by assisting you with effectively processing the trauma through an amazing trauma treatment model called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
