I help people create meaningful, lasting change by guiding them through a process of deep self-awareness, healing, and intentional action. My clients often discover increased self-worth, a deeper sense of confidence, and stronger, more authentic relationships. Together, we work to uncover and break through limiting beliefs, making space for growth, resilience, and transformation. My approach empowers you to reconnect with your truest self while fostering clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of hope. This space is one where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll work through difficult emotions, unhelpful thought patterns, and the stories you may carry about yourself; all within a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I believe that no matter where you’re starting from, change is possible, and a fulfilling life is within reach. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, body image challenges, and the struggles of self-worth and identity. My therapeutic style is grounded and compassionate, blending evidence-based practices with somatic and emotion-focused approaches. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, our work together will help you build tools to regulate emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and cultivate deeper self-trust. At its heart, my work is about helping you feel more at home in yourself. Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new, it means returning to and reclaiming who you’ve always been.
In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust, so you feel supported and understood from the very start. My role is to guide you with compassion and curiosity, helping you make sense of the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that may be holding you back. From there, we’ll begin creating a path forward that fosters resilience, self-trust, and meaningful change.
My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a space where clients feel truly seen, accepted, and safe to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves. What sets my approach apart is the balance of depth and practicality. I help clients uncover the roots of their struggles while also offering tools and strategies they can use in daily life. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence that makes it easier to move through difficult emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and build resilience. By weaving together evidence-based practices with somatic and emotion-focused approaches, I empower clients not just to cope, but to grow, heal, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are ready to look inward, even if that feels daunting at first. Many of my clients struggle with eating disorders, body image concerns, or the lingering impact of trauma. Others come to me feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, longing to feel more confident and at home in themselves. My ideal clients are those who value personal growth and are open to exploring both their emotions and the beliefs that shape their lives. They may not know exactly how change will happen yet, but they are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling, authentic life.
I integrate somatic therapy into my practice to help clients deepen their awareness of the mind-body connection and process emotions stored in the body. Through gentle exploration of bodily sensations, breathwork, grounding techniques, and movement, I support clients in regulating their nervous system, releasing tension, and fostering a sense of safety within themselves. My experience with somatic work has shown me how powerful it can be in healing trauma, reducing anxiety, and increasing self-trust. By incorporating these techniques, I help clients move beyond cognitive understanding and into embodied healing, allowing for deeper emotional processing and long-term change.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. Through exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions, I support clients in developing practical skills to reframe negative beliefs, manage anxiety, and create healthier coping strategies. My experience with CBT has shown me how effective it can be in building self-awareness, reducing distress, and fostering long-term behavioral change. By incorporating structured techniques such as thought restructuring, behavioral activation, and mindfulness-based interventions, I help clients feel more in control of their emotional well-being and aligned with their personal goals.
I incorporate Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and presence in their daily lives. Through breathwork, grounding exercises, and nonjudgmental observation of thoughts and feelings, I guide clients in cultivating a deeper connection with themselves and their experiences. My approach encourages clients to slow down, tune into their bodies, and respond to challenges with intention rather than reactivity. I have found that mindfulness is a powerful tool in reducing anxiety, managing stress, and fostering self-compassion, allowing clients to navigate life with more clarity and balance.

Natalie is amazing at holding space and she is very validating and affirming; I feel like I can be vulnerable and open up to her. I love that she asks for feedback after sessions and is really considerate of what I may need/ask for in each session as she caters to that seamlessly. I appreciate the journaling prompts and meditations she recommends after each session to support my ongoing self-work in between sessions. I feel heard, seen, and cared for in each session.
