Hello there, I'm Nubia.
Does it feel like life is becoming unmanageable and an overwhelm has taken over your ability to engage in your daily routines, maintain a work-life balance or even enjoy things you used to like doing? Is the overwhelm also affecting your relationships with loved ones and friends, often stopping you from joining others and you find you're spending more time alone?
Most of us at some point in time will feel some of these uncomfortable emotions that can take us out of our center and lead us astray, sometimes even to dark places.
I can help to bring back some stability through understanding, self- exploration and empowerment.
I've been a practicing psychotherapist for 17 years and have extensive experience working with youth/children and adults.
Whether you are dealing with mood instability, anxiety, relationship discord or a sudden disruption in life, my approach to working with you is always person-centered, strength based and emotion focused in order to restore and bring balance back to your life.
I invite you to stop by and let's talk about it...
Hi, I’m Johanna!
I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), nationally certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide individual therapy for adults across California with support that is genuine, collaborative, and grounded in cultural awareness.
As a Latina therapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting first-generation and BIPOC individuals navigating anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in meaningful, real conversation, creating a space where you can reflect, heal, and grow.
I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges. My therapeutic style integrates mindfulness, CBT, and person-centered approaches, helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and build more fulfilling connections. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported on your path to healing.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker bringing 25+ years of diverse training and clinical practice, as well as experience from my own healing journey. I’ve been licensed to practice therapy for the past 11 years. I work with clients hoping to improve their mental health, and those transitioning through new or difficult times in their lives. I enjoy supporting clients facing relationship challenges, who are hoping to improve this part of their lives. As well as those with complex family dynamics looking to unpack past generational trauma and adversities. Exploring the past can shed light on areas where we feel stuck today, and often shows up most acutely in our present-day relationship patterns and behaviors. I also welcome all LGBTQAI+ clients and families.

In my practice, I use eclectic methods of treatment to fit the individual needs of my clients. Some of the practice modalities that I use include EMDR, humanistic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapy. I was a CPS Social Worker before I was a therapist. Both of my degrees are in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold licenses in California, Washington, and Oregon. I am very responsive, and your story matters to me. I have been practicing for 7 years. I assist clients ages 12 and older who are struggling with their mental health.
I’m Shauna del Reed, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. My belief is simple: every part of who we are matters, influencing our health both mentally and physically. The tension in your shoulders, the racing thoughts at night, the unpredictable energy levels, the moments of irritability or foggy focus, and even the digestive discomfort you might dismiss, all have a story to tell.
In our work together, we look beneath the surface to understand what your symptoms are pointing to. Stress, trauma, and lifestyle patterns are often woven together, and when we address them in connection with each other, change becomes possible. I bring both clinical expertise and functional nutrition training to help you create a plan that is as practical as it is restorative.
I understand that healing is rarely linear, and it is never one size fits all. For this reason, I utilize a whole-person perspective, combined with compassion and curiosity, to support you in creating a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more aligned with the person you know yourself to be.

I’m Dr. Gabe Veas, a psychotherapist who helps high-achieving adults, couples, and creatives move past shame, fear, and pressure to keep it all together. Many appear successful on paper yet feel disconnected, anxious, or unfulfilled inside. Our work focuses on rebuilding intimacy, confidence, and freedom that lasts. My learning didn’t end with degrees; it continues through mentorship, embodiment, and years of helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that feel hidden or shut down. I founded Palm Springs Psychotherapy to offer a private, deeply personalized space for clients who want more than symptom relief. My approach blends cognitive, relational, and somatic methods to help you reconnect with what feels real and alive, both in your mind and in your body.
f you’re ready to feel more connected and fully alive, let’s begin with a private consultation. This work is for people who are ready for real change, deeper relationships, sexual confidence, and a clearer sense of self.
My name is J.P. De Oliveira Estevão, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (L.P.C.C.). I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic approaches, and Adlerian ideas to customize treatment just for you. Hi, I’m Lindsey! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master’s degree from New York University. I approach everything I do through a trauma-informed and culturally competent lens, honoring your unique experiences, identity, and background.
I specialize in working with adult individuals only (sorry no couples, children, or families at this time) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and recovery, low self-esteem, and more. Whether you're facing life transitions, struggling with codependency, experiencing burnout, learning to set healthy boundaries, or simply managing the everyday challenges of being human, I’m here to support you. My work is client-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing empowerment, insight, and practical tools for lasting change.
As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.
You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.
As an individual, I consider myself to be analytical, intellectual, insightful, creative, and passionate. What drove me to become a psychotherapist was the idea of implementing philosophical concepts and the creative process to help people cope with suffering, which I believe is an unavoidable part of the human condition. I have clinical experience providing services to individuals and families from a diverse population. I am enthusiastic about putting my skills to service and assisting my clients in the process of healing and growth.
I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who believes healing happens in the presence of genuine connection. I trust that you already carry an inner wisdom, and therapy becomes the place where that wisdom can finally settle, strengthen, and come forward. Many clients come to me after long stretches of self-doubt, survival mode, or relationships that made them question their instincts.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from EMDR, somatic therapy, relational and psychodynamic work, and a person-centered foundation. You’re never expected to push past your limits — we go at a pace your nervous system can truly handle. Together we explore the patterns shaping your life, reconnect with what feels true in your body, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I’ve spent years supporting clients through trauma recovery, attachment wounds, harmful or confusing relationships, and the slow, meaningful work of rebuilding self-trust. Therapy with me is a place where complexity is welcome, where you don’t have to hold everything alone, and where the goal is reconnection — to your strength, your intuition, and your sense of possibility.
If you’re feeling anxious, down, stuck in old patterns, or overwhelmed by racing thoughts, you’re not alone—and things can get better. Therapy can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.
I’m a California-based LCSW supporting teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma responses, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, encouraging, and structured. We’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build a plan that fits you, and practice practical tools you can start using right away. We’ll also track your progress so you can see real momentum.
You deserve support that feels steady, hopeful, and useful. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults (no couples) and children who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. You may be doing everything you can to keep going—showing up for work or school, caring for others, and managing daily life—while quietly carrying anxiety, sadness, anger, or deep exhaustion. Sometimes your reactions feel bigger than expected. Sometimes life just doesn’t feel like it used to.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and understand that these experiences are not signs of weakness. They are often signs that your mind and body have been working hard to cope. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported at your own pace.
In our work together, I offer a calm and steady presence. Therapy with me is not about pushing you to “just move on” or forcing change before you’re ready. It’s about slowing down, listening to what your mind and body are holding, and creating space for relief and clarity. My role is to walk alongside you as you regain a sense of stability and reconnect with the part of you that holds resilience, strength, and the capacity for joy—even if that feels far away right now.
My name is Ryan, and I am a gay mixed-race man and a San Francisco Bay Area native. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, but I also recognize moments where I need solitude to reconnect with myself. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have a specialty in sex therapy. I enjoy practicing as a sex therapist to help clients become empowered sexual beings.
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a therapist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‑based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). I work to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at your own pace.
In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you feel today, and we’ll build practical tools to help you move toward healing, clarity, and a greater sense of control in your life. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in getting where you want to be.
I specialize in relationship issues, supporting young adults, couples and families. Attachment injuries and loss can affect how we feel about ourselves and limit our engagement with others. I can help you identify and let go of emotional reactivity and defensiveness. I offer Somatic therapy and EMDR to support people struggling with post-traumatic stress. Processing trauma in this way helps release emotional charge stored in the body to overcome past experiences that hold us back from living life fully. If you feel that you are stuck in a loop, this work can help you let go and move on. Being Daoist, I value living authentically, inner peace, and aligning with nature.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of clinical experience working with teens and adults. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, and I use evidence-based approaches including ERP, EMDR, and Flash Technique. My style is direct, structured, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients reduce distress, build practical coping skills, and create lasting change.
I believe that even in the middle of a crisis, there is a real opportunity for growth. My path began in the theater and the study of Method Acting. This discipline focuses on how internal experience drives outward behavior. I apply this "inside-out" perspective to help you align your internal reality with your external actions. My way of working has evolved over time. I attended top universities and training programs. I was mentored by experts in the origins of trauma, addictions, and relationship difficulties. This foundation allowed me to build a successful group practice in Orange County. During that time, I taught at UC Irvine, chaired the Professional Practice Committee of the Orange County Psychological Association, and sat on its Board of Directors. In the midst of this success, I experienced a personal crisis and divorce. This led me on my own journey of growth. I began an extensive study of Buddhism and meditation which now guides how I live. I spent seven years living in Asia, where I studied with monks and cared for villagers.
What I offer now is an integration of strong academic training and Eastern teachings. My decision to become a psychologist grew from a desire to relieve suffering and transform challenges into opportunities for growth. I combine empirical psychological methods with the cultivation of an "awakened heart"—a state of genuine presence and social connection. I work to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be
I am a licensed mental health therapist with experience across private practice, community, academic, governmental, nonprofit, and corporate settings. As a Vietnamese refugee who has faced profound hardship, I bring a deep understanding of resilience, trauma, and healing to my work. I support individuals, couples, families, and communities navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex cultural, relational transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, blending evidence-based practices with cultural awareness, trauma-informed care, and spiritual flexibility. I meet clients where they are, honoring their experiences and challenges. Through a collaborative and compassionate process, I help clients develop insight, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change—so they heal and thrive.

I specialize in addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. I bring a deep commitment to meeting people where they are in their process.
In my practice, I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe meaningful change happens when we honor each person’s lived experience and work together toward self-identified goals at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I meet clients where they are, whether they are just beginning to explore change or looking to deepen their healing and personal growth.
I use an integrated approach. This work often supports relief from emotional distress, greater clarity, and a renewed sense of internal balance. I also incorporate strengths-based and systems-oriented perspectives, recognizing the importance of relationships, environment, and resilience in the healing process.
When working with couples, I draw from Gottman-informed approaches and systems theory to help partners strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and shift long-standing relational patterns. I support couples in building empathy, trust, and connection while learning new ways to navigate conflict and repair.
I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing. I also assist clients in connecting with resources and referrals when needed, so they feel supported not only in session, but in their day-to-day lives.

Coming from a strong anatomical and physiological background, I decided to focus on therapeutic solutions. I started working with California state prisoners and then moved to foster care. I have worked with substance abuse and other community programs assisting individuals in finding their way financially, emotionally, and soberly. I enjoy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which I prefer doing in person but can also do it telehealth.

Hello! My name is Stacia, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in therapy services in California. Providing therapy is my career, but it is also a passion of mine. To help another person learn to navigate their own struggles is a blessing in itself. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime". I would love to work with you to navigate whatever it is you are going through!
I have been providing therapy services since 2015, and have worked with all ages. I am currently providing online therapy services young adults (aged 18 and up) who are currently struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, work stress, life stressors and life transitions. Therapy sessions are conducted online.
Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well. I see virtual clients and accept females, teens, and couples only for in person sessions.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families. I began my work in community-based public mental health, serving underserved populations, and that foundation continues to shape how I show up today—with care, respect, and a real understanding of life’s complexities. My background includes working with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma, so I’m comfortable supporting both early or emerging concerns and ongoing mental health conditions. I’ve worked extensively with low-income communities, immigrants, and individuals from diverse cultural and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. I also have a strong background working with mothers, particularly single mothers, who are navigating their own mental health while supporting children or adult children with their own challenges. My approach is collaborative and strength-based—I focus on helping you build on what’s already working while developing practical tools you can use in your daily life. I aim to create a space that is calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are, speak openly, and process what you’re going through while also building practical tools to better navigate everyday life.
Hi there, I'm Christina. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist that has been in practice for over 11 years. During our sessions, we'll work at your pace and where you are at emotionally. Creating a safe space filled with compassion and kindness is important to me, plus a mixture of mental health interventions. We'll set a goal and work towards achieving that goal.
Don't worry, we don't have to delve deep into your past if you are not ready. Sometimes there is the need to process what you are going through at the moment and have someone to be there and listen and that's okay too. We can start there.

**Please note that I am a child and adolescent provider with a focus of treating trauma exposure and associated symptoms. I do not treat adults.**
I am a child and adolescent psychologist with over 16 years of experience in treatment of youth ages 7-18 who have experienced trauma, adverse experiences, and/or stressful or challenging life events. My focus is to help clients be their own agents of change to help them move forward, empower them to gain control over trauma reactions, and foster their resilience. I focus on evidence-based approaches to treat trauma, PTSD/complex PTSD, and associated symptoms, and adjust treatment according to the client's specific needs.
I treat trauma related symptoms and reactions stemming from a wide range of stressful events including physical or sexual abuse or assault; maltreatment or neglect; domestic or community violence; motor vehicle accidents; serious injuries; natural disasters; grief or loss; medical trauma and more.
Prior to private practice, I was a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford where I directed the Stress and Resilience Clinic. I was part of the development team for Cue-Centered Therapy (CCT), an intervention combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with an insight-based approach for youth with complex trauma. I provide teaching and training both nationally and internationally.
