I hold a deep belief in people's ability to create positive change in their lives and my humanistic approach focuses on supporting client's personal growth and improvement of their overall well-being. With experience addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and body image concerns, grief and loss, trauma, sexual abuse, attachment challenges, and the impact of narcissistic abuse, I am committed to supporting your journey towards growth and healing. I am LGBTQ+ community as well as kink-, poly-, and gender affirming. I warmly invite individuals from all cultural backgrounds, body sizes, sexual orientations, and identities to explore and embark on the healing process with me.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First sessions usually consist of discussing what is bringing the client to therapy, what goals they'd like to work on, how they would like their life to look different, and what skills and tools I can bring to the client that can help them achieve their goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My belief about the foundation of successful therapy is having a safe, non-judgmental observer sharing the experiences of the client. What I strive to consistently bring clients is a deep listening and understanding, compassion, empathy, patience, honest reflections and respecting where the client is at in their process. Therapy is not a one size fits all so it's also essential to explore and find strategies and tools that work for each individual client's needs.

My ideal clients are individuals or couples wanting to improve themselves or their relationships through recognizing cyclical patterns and behaviors and being willing to make small changes throughout their time in therapy.
