New to Grow
I am passionate about serving a diverse range of clients and supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My purpose is to help people develop positive self-esteem, confidence, and a deep sense of worthiness, wholeness, and belonging. I work by building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in authenticity, empathy, cultural humility, and a person-centered approach. Through being attentive, courageously honest, and collaborative, I support clients in creating meaningful change and living more fulfilling lives.
In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive space to begin sharing their story at a pace that feels comfortable. We will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and review important information about the process, including confidentiality and expectations. This initial meeting is also an opportunity to begin building trust and connection, ensuring you feel heard, respected, and understood as we start working together.
My greatest strength is my ability to build a strong, authentic connection with my clients. Through empathy, cultural humility, and a genuine, collaborative approach, I create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen and valued. This foundation allows for meaningful growth as I support clients in developing a deeper sense of confidence, worthiness, and belonging.

This approach emphasizes structured, goal-oriented interventions that promote insight, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being. This form of therapy is effective for treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and substance use.

This therapy is effective for relationship issues, family dysfunction, life transitions, and stress.

This approach provides structured, evidence-based strategies to help clients manage intense emotions and improve relationships. DBT is effective in treating borderline personality disorder (BPD), eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use.
