I'll ask you questions about your current challenges as well as relevant parts of your history, so I can better understand your unique story. From there, we'll work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Many therapists like to stick to one modality, and that can be fine. But I believe that the greatest service you can do for clients is to provide them with as many treatment options as possible. After all, what may work for one person may not work for another.

Howard is incredibly skilled at Ego state therapy. He helped me actually RESOLVE negative belief systems and build the foundational parts of my ego that were missing or didn't work for me. He combined it with EMDR to heal my trauma, and it changed my life.
