In our first session we will get to know each other. I want to know about what brings you to counseling, as well as some background information like your career, education, relationships and perhaps medical history.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked in the communities of Los Angeles for 20 years, with different socio-economic status and age groups from as young as 3 years to end of life. I am a passionate, compassionate psychotherapist, counselor and life coach who wants to empower people in their journey of becoming a better version of themselves. In a safe space that will navigate with clients the areas of depression, self-esteem, culture, family, and relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoyed working with adults and young adults who are becoming and need that guidance or space to be listen and not judge. I want to create hope for adults or young adults to their dream life feeling healthy, prosperous, with a strong self-esteem that will guide them through their end of their days. I want to teach my clients skills and mindset that everything is possible with passion, consistency and dedication.
