New clients continue care with this provider

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California, with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I draw from a wide range of methods to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I blend techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness, and Depth Psychology. This flexible style allows us to work on both immediate relief and lasting transformation—always with your unique needs at the center. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and encouraged to grow at your own pace. Let’s discover what healing can look like for you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is a gentle starting point—an opportunity for us to begin building a connection. We'll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy, including the goals you’re hoping to reach and the challenges that may be getting in the way. We’ll also talk about any past therapy experiences—what’s been helpful and what hasn’t—so we can shape a path forward that truly supports you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered from the very beginning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

"As a person-centered, eclectic therapist, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to truly meet you where you are—with warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and encouraged to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. My hope is that our work together will offer you peace, healing, and meaningful personal growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways, guiding them through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I work especially well with individuals who are ready to create a life aligned with their values but feel held back by internal or external obstacles. I bring a strong sense of history and experience working with clients navigating depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Together, we focus on building self-understanding, resilience, and the confidence to move forward with purpose."

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. My approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to create a personalized experience for each client. Whether you're looking for support, growth, or healing, I’ll meet you where you are and work collaboratively to find what truly helps you thrive.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I often incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my work with clients. DBT is especially helpful for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and building coping skills. I use it to help clients become more aware of their thoughts and feelings, while also learning practical tools like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. It’s a collaborative process where we focus on both acceptance and change—helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

At the heart of my work is Person-Centered Therapy—a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that honors your unique voice and experience. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Through genuine connection, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, we work together to help you explore, heal, and grow into the most authentic version of yourself.
