(she/her)
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am a client-centered therapist who values empowerment and highlighting an individual’s unique strengths. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems, relational issues, disordered eating, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I am inspired by the resiliency of those I work with and feel honored to be invited on a person’s journey for self-reflection and betterment. I come with a background of various therapeutic methods as I believe treatment should be individualized. I have knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Integrated Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. I look forward to our work together as we develop a relationship full of trust and understanding and create a safe space to achieve insight and growth on your journey towards healing.
In our first session together, we will get to know each other and go over what brings you in for therapy. We will discuss goals and treatment options together.

I am trained as a Perinatal Mental Health therapist and have experience treating Eating Disorders at multiple levels of care. I enjoy working with a variety of issues but feel these two areas are where I shine. I also have a special place in heart for those looking to overcome trauma history and heal attachment wounds.

I appreciate her acknowledging that I need a therapist with DV abuse experience. And then she provided referrals and another resource for housing.
