Hi, I’m Shannon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about creating a supportive, comfortable space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and other stressors that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create meaningful changes that feel sustainable in your everyday life.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and dual diagnoses. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and focused on treating the whole person—I utilize evidence-based and self-empowering modalities to help clients gain insight, heal from within, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I have been in the helping professions since 2005 and as a licensed therapist for 16 years. I’ve worked with a variety of clients of different cultures throughout. Early in my training, there was a heavy emphasis on the Western approach to address symptomology, but now as my career and experience have grown, I blend Western approach with Eastern influence, emphasizing the link between the mind and the body, and how trauma lives within the body, not just in our minds.
I provide straightforward, collaborative therapy for adults and adolescents who are ready to actively engage in the process. My style is warm, direct, practical, and grounded in the belief that therapy involves work both in and outside of sessions. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, boundaries, life transitions, and self-esteem while building skills they can actually use in everyday life.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor licensed in California with over seven years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, personality disorders, and substance use.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, EMDR and TRM, and dialectical behavioral counseling.
It takes courage to reach out and take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
I have been working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the last 14 years and have both a master's degree and doctoral degree in applied clinical psychology. I have worked in the community with individuals, youth with high-risk behaviors, and military families. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and/or depression, women's issues, substance abuse and recovery, trauma (PTSD or PTS) , military and veterans, first responders and those facing relationship or life transition concerns.
While working with my clients I focus on the whole person, pulling forward your strengths and wisdom to solve life's challenges. I use solution-focused, cognitive behavioral and emotion-focused interventions. I also have seven years experience working with people outdoors in nature. I have a certificate in nutrition for mental health and believe in holistic treatment involving mind, body, and spirit. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is right for you as an individual. If you want to work holistically, we will develop a plan to address all three aspects, and if you don't prefer to work holistically, I will tailor your treatment to your specific interests.
I value the rapport I develop with my clients above all things. The nature of the therapeutic relationship is the catalyst and holding space that creates safety to do all future work together. Choosing the right therapist who has a personality you are comfortable with is of utmost importance. Please reach out to me for a free phone consultation and let's find out if we can do some great work together to solve life's many challenges.
Therapist with 20+ years post graduate experience. I have two areas of expertise that I have focused my work on, which often cross over into one another. The first is trauma work, helping clients who have PTSD, Depression and Anxiety from past trauma. My extensive experience working with active duty military, Veterans, as well as those who have trauma from childhood and adolescence can help you deal effectively with your symptoms to reduce them so you can start to enjoy life again.
The second focus of work has been working with LGBTQ clients. Helping them deal with accepting themselves, coming out to family and friends, difficulty they might had in school because of their being different, “not fitting in.”

Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
Hi, I'm Henry Tran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy since 2016. For the past seven years, I've worked in a hospital setting, supporting adults through depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, personality disorders, and stress. I've worked with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, each bringing their own unique needs and life experiences. This has shaped my ability to adapt and meet people where they are, while grounding my work in a culturally responsive and inclusive lens that honors each client's background and identity.
My style is solution-focused and client-centered, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to grow. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices, always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
My name is Patricia Pasillas (LCSW) and I'm a first generation Latina located here in the heart of Southern California. Throughout the last 17 years of my career as a licensed clinical social worker I've build a solid reputation for not only breaking down the barriers within society but it's my eagerness to help open the doors for others that truly separates me from others in this line of work.
I am a psychotherapist and a theologian. I understand that people are imperfect, but there is always room for improvement. Oftentimes, when we expand our knowledge and skills in managing interpersonal relationships, we can experience more joy in life. As a therapist, I help clients overcome psychological issues preventing them from thriving in and maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships. Empowering individuals and couples and obtaining skills to help them live harmonious, confident, happier lives is satisfying.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not like yourself lately? You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Hi, I’m Gustavo, a licensed therapist in California. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck—especially when stress, relationships, or major life changes start to feel overwhelming.
A lot of the people I work with feel like their mind won’t shut off, like they’re constantly overthinking or carrying stress that doesn’t go away. Others feel burned out, unmotivated, or disconnected from themselves. Some find themselves repeating the same patterns in relationships or coping in ways that don’t actually help long-term. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
In our work together, we’ll focus on practical strategies that help you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. I’ll help you build confidence, set clear boundaries, improve communication, and start breaking the patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is direct, supportive, and goal-oriented. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you understand what’s going on and give you tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have over 20 years of experience providing bilingual, culturally responsive psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including community-based therapy, counseling centers, and within hospital & medical facilities.
In my practice, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental and welcoming space to help clients navigate life's challenges, and uncover and maximize their own strengths. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Holy Names University.
I help adults who look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in the same relationship patterns on the inside. We’ll work on stress management, emotional regulation, communication, and the deeper “why” behind your reactions—so you feel more grounded, confident, and consistent in daily life.
My style is warm, structured, and down-to-earth. You don’t need perfect words—just a willingness to show up. I use CBT/DBT/ACT tools for practical change, and I can integrate deeper work (Brainspotting/IFS) when it’s a good fit.
I also create a dedicated space for men—especially men of color—who want to explore masculinity, culture, identity, and relationships without judgment.
¡Hablo Español! Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Roxana,
and I’m a first-generation Mexican-American, born and raised in Southern California. I proudly
served in the Marine Corps and have been working in mental health since 2012, providing case
management to individuals facing homelessness and severe mental illness. Over the years, I’ve
had the privilege of working in diverse settings throughout Riverside County, including Domestic
Violence and Forensic Mental Health, where I worked closely with men in the Criminal Justice
System.
During my practicum, I provided individual counseling to military members, veterans, and first
responders, helping them address relationship conflicts, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief
Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as Gottman Relationship
Method (Level 1). However, I believe that effective therapy begins with a genuine,
person-to-person connection—one that builds trust, fosters open communication, and creates a
sense of safety and mutual respect. My goal is to create a space where clients feel truly seen
and valued, and I occasionally use humor to support meaningful therapeutic work that fosters
long-lasting growth and change.
Thank you again for visiting my profile—it would be an honor to work with you!
My practice is built on compassion, curiosity, and open, honest communication. We create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and valued, making it possible to explore sensitive issues with love and understanding. With a background enriched by diverse professional and life experiences, we offer insights and interventions that resonate with a broad spectrum of clients, including ethnically and culturally diverse older adults, veterans, youth, and adult re-entry offenders, as well as those grappling with symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, adjustment, and everyday confusion about what's next.

Managing social issues, employment challenges, relationship difficulties, and personal struggles can be all consuming. With over 6 years of experience, I am passionate about partnering with clients on how to see the best in themselves and how to establish autonomy and agency in their lives. As a wife and mother within a blended family, I am very familiar with life’s struggles and challenges. Stress, anxiety, depression, disappointments, don’t have to get the final say in your life. Deciding to seek therapy to help manage your day-to-day life is a huge first step. You are important and you’re worth taking that step. If you believe that I can support you as you re-establish goals for your life, I would love to connect with you.

I'm Danielle Nunes, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I see individual adults throughout the state by telehealth.
You lead people, make decisions, and carry responsibility for outcomes that affect other people's livelihoods. That does not stay containedinside the workday. My clients are founders, executives, business owners, physicians, attorneys, and managers who are successful by every outward measure and are carrying more than the people around
them realize. They come to me when a hard quarter starts to feel likea verdict on them, when an employee problem sits with them at dinner,or when they know exactly what conversation needs to happen and keep
putting it off.
I have been licensed since 2017 and have worked in behavioral health for more than a decade. I also spent years leading inside large organizations, responsible for teams, budgets, and outcomes. You will not have to explain why you cannot stop thinking about work.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in empathy and validation, creating a safe space for you to explore your experiences and discover meaningful solutions. We will always work with where ever you are in your life journey, and just as much as you decide to do. Therapy should be a voluntary commitment to yourself. Together, we'll go beyond surface-level coping, to uncovering deeper healing and lasting change.
I'm Setareh, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with four years of clinical experience and a Master's degree from Alliant International University. I work with people who feel stuck in their relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or caught in patterns they can't break. If you're here, something probably feels painful right now—and I want you to know that change is possible.
My practice is built on a simple belief: your struggles make sense. They're not random, and they're not something wrong with you. Anxiety, disconnection, conflict—these are usually connected to how you learned to relate to yourself and others, the patterns in your relationships, and how you've protected yourself over time. My job is to help you understand what's underneath and then practice something different.
I work from genuine warmth and real honesty. I create true safety for vulnerability because you deserve to be fully seen. But I also gently push back when patterns keep you stuck, because you deserve more than comfort—you deserve to actually heal and grow.
The work we do is concrete and practical. We don't just talk about problems; we practice new ways of communicating, handling conflict, and connecting. You'll leave with real tools for your actual life.
Whether you're working on your relationship, managing anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or finding solid ground after loss, I'm here to walk alongside you toward meaningful, sustainable change. You deserve support that truly sees you and believes in your capacity to transform.
I’m a licensed therapist who supports individuals healing from trauma and navigating anxiety, depression, financial stress, relationship challenges, and the impact of toxic or high-stress work environments. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in family systems and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients build self-understanding, emotional resilience, and self-compassion in a warm, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones shaped by stress, responsibility, or past experiences that deserve care and understanding.
I have been in practice for 30+ years and as a clinically trained social worker. I have served in several interesting capacities. My goal as a therapist is to be a part of the therapeutic process in guiding you forward to find the fulfilling life you deserve. I provide a nurturing and safe space for us to work as a team to identify your therapy goals and it's my priority to meet you where you are at in your journey. I will approach your challenges with support and openness to assist with the process of developing healthy, and useful coping strategies that work for you.

My name is Christa Christine and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University Northridge, and have 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change.
I am excited to begin our journey together. My approach is rooted in exploring each client's unique experiences and providing evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth. I believe in working alongside individuals and couples to help them uncover unconscious patterns and attachment wounds that may be getting in the way of them leading healthier, more fulfilling, and authentic lives.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive space for you to process your feelings while ensuring you feel secure within our teletherapy environment. You are the expert on your life, and your personal goals have value and will guide our treatment plan.
I began practicing as a therapist and psychologist in 2012 after graduating from the Higher School of Psychology in Moscow, Russia. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across different clinical settings and cultural environments. After relocating to the United States, I chose to continue my professional path as a Marriage and Family Therapist, bringing with me approximately 12 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges.
Before entering the mental health field, I spent more than 30 years working as a legal professional in consulting, corporate law, and finance. While these professions may seem quite different, both have deepened my understanding of people, relationships, decision-making, conflict, resilience, and the many ways life circumstances can shape our experiences. Working across different professional, family, organizational, and cultural systems has given me a broad perspective on the challenges people face and the strengths they draw upon to adapt, grow, and find meaning in their lives.
Altogether, my professional experience spans nearly four decades across different countries, cultures, populations, and work environments. This diverse background enriches my work as a therapist and allows me to bring a thoughtful, practical, and culturally sensitive perspective to the therapeutic process. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I strive to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and opportunities for growth.
Perhaps most importantly, I genuinely value the work I do. Being a mental health professional is more than a career for me—it is a source of purpose, meaning, and connection. I feel grateful for the opportunity to accompany people on their journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and fulfillment, and I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with that process.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, sand tray and sand play therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Play Therapy with young children. My clinical approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Art and Music Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions by building insight and practical coping skills. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, and I work alongside clients to help them feel more confident, balanced, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.
Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey of healing and self-discovery. I have experience working with adults from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. I work collaboratively with clients to address problems such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety/worry, struggles in interpersonal relationships, LGBTQ+ -related issues and challenges navigating life transitions. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows me to draw on multiple theories and interventions such as process-oriented therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology to individualize treatment for the clients I serve.
My therapy approach is always non judgmental, attuned, and integrates active listening as well as unconditional positive regard. In addition, my multicultural personal and professional backgrounds allow me to work with a variety of cultures. Also, I try my best to meet the client where they are and learn where it is they want to be/go in life. This allows me to assist them in accomplishing the aforementioned in compassionate, authentic, and realistic ways. I am big on psychoeducation and insight driven change and or healing. Although emotional regulation based and emotion focused therapy are integrated into my clinical style, I do not utilize them in therapy without cognitive processing, cognitive behavioral, and or acceptance based modalities as well. This is because our beliefs, automatic thoughts, perceptions of ourselves and others play a role in our mental health just as much as our emotional experiences associated with them, they are interconnected.

Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I have a doctorate degree (Ed.d) in Traumatology. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, or a variety of emotions due to life's challenges and circumstances.
My goal is to provide clients with all of the tools necessary to navigate through future situations and to help build resilency.
I specialize in holding space for the deep-thinkers and cycle-breakers, the individuals who have spent a lifetime looking inward and dismantling generational patterns, yet still feel the friction of a world demanding 'more' at the expense of 'being.'
My approach combines a lifelong passion for psychology and therapeutic processes with a multicultural, spiritually grounded worldview. As a mother, a doctoral candidate, and a business owner, I don't just teach boundaries; I live them. I am a 'Keturah-sized' bridge in the wellness gap for those who have cycled through therapists searching for a peer who truly sees them. Together, we intentionally move past the '15 tasks by yesterday' mentality and into a strategic, soul-deep architecture of rest, healing, and expansion.

If you or your loved one are experiencing emotional distress due to family, work, relationships or the unknown then I am here to help. It takes courage to seek out a Therapist and I am glad you are ready to get started.
I empower high-functioning individuals to reduce feelings of being overwhelmed, nervousness, worry, sadness and other symptoms that are disrupting life.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I have provided mental health counseling for individuals in small rural clinics, larger city clinics, and as a provider for short-term counseling grant programs.
I offer flexible appointments, evenings and weekends. I understand how difficult the work/school week can be and want to increase your opportunities for accessing uniquely tailored mental health treatment.
