Hello! My name is Jordan. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I am motivated to help individuals and families build healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them. Being open and vulnerable with someone new can be very scary! My goal is to create a meaningful relationship with my clients by providing support, respect, and a safe environment to help build confidence, compassion, and resilience. I support clients who experience anxiety, depression, past trauma, non-traditional relationships, and neurodivergence. I also support families who are struggling with parent-child conflicts, LGBTQ+ youth and how to support them, and young children with behavior problems. If you find yourself suffering in your relationships or life in general, let’s work as a team to find helpful solutions! Together, we can build tools and work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your struggles, help you to deal with life’s hardships, and support you building meaningful social connections and relationships. It is important to me that you know I am human too, so from me, you will receive authenticity, humor, and realness. I have experience working in community mental health and school based counseling. I enjoy working with children, teens and adults. I am always attempting to grow my knowledge in many areas within the mental health field, as I know generations, cultures, trends and humans are always evolving. I have a huge passion for learning through experiencing new cultures. I have been fortunate enough to volunteer in five different countries around the world and I feel I have grown both professionally and personally during all of these opportunities. I look forward to supporting you in whatever hopes, dreams and goals you have for yourself.

My clients tend to be people who want to feel more in control of their emotions, more effective at getting what they want, less stuck, more flexible, more connected and really just more at peace. They seek relief from patterns - sometimes chronic and severe, sometimes only subtly troublesome - of painful emotions, negative self-talk and thoughts, rumination, relationship instability and self sabotaging behaviors.

Hello, I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and earned my master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University. I am a US Navy veteran and former police officer. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and transplanted to San Diego due to my military service. Being bi-racial, I welcome the experiences of various walks of life. Those ten years of civil service taught me about the resilience and fragility of the human psyche, which sparked my passion for mental health as it applies to human behavior. I work with people who suffer from anger management, sexual aggression (CASOMB - California Sex Offender Management Board certified treatment provider), sex/pornography addiction, poor self-regulation/impulse control, anxiety, depression, history of trauma, antisocial, narcissistic, and psychopathic/sociopathic personalities, individuals with criminal histories, adult ADHD, difficulty with maintaining healthy relationships, and low self-esteem. I also enjoy working with veterans, law enforcement, and other first responders or professionals who are impacted by vicarious trauma and burnout. I am LGBTQIA-affirming and respect spiritual and religious values. Therapy requires hard work and courage. I’m honored to be part of your journey to healing and personal development. You’re the hero of your story. I’ll be your sidekick.

**ACCEPTING ADULTS (18+) ONLY** Hi, I'm Yang. And I'm here to help you heal from self-abandonment and emotional dysregulation. Self-abandonment occurs when we struggle to stand up for our needs and live by our authentic values; often, we don't even know what they are. Those who struggle with self-abandonment don't feel like they know who they really are, and what they want, and often feel directionless and ungrounded. We feel small, afraid, anxious, aggressive and dependent on others. Emotional dysregulation occurs when we don't understand our emotions and how to manage them. They control us, instead of the other way around. We behave in ways we wish we didn't, and we build up shame around those behaviors as if they are who we are. We cannot separate our emotions from who we are. These issues often lie at the heart of different mental health struggles, such as depression, anxiety, as well as many relationship challenges. The good news is that resolving these, therefore, can potentially lead to ripple effects of change in your life.

If you're looking for a holistic, decolonized and evidence based approach at managing your mental health symptoms: you've come to the right place. My approach in therapy is centered around the transformative power of creativity and connectivity. I believe that healing and growth are best achieved through breaking generational patterns, self reflection, and strengthening the skills to navigate the systems in which we live. I take a relational and evidence based approach to treatment, center your voice, and guide a process of co-creating your healing journey. I encourage clients to explore their inner worlds and express themselves authentically; while also establishing solid supports, and grounding awareness within the context of their lives.

As a child I was always very sensitive and curious about the world that surrounded me. It came natural to help people and I knew that I wanted to give back to the world at large. Just like you I suffered from some childhood wounds. My parents did the best they could with the tools they had. But due to their struggles I became a very codependent child wanting to save and fix my parents to simply gain the love I desired. Later on I would be able to understand this cycle and name some of the patterns I lived out. People pleasing, losing myself in toxic relationships and not fully loving that little girl inside of me. Once I became a LMFT and gained the knowledge and tools necessary I was not only able to break my own patterns, I was also able to help others find joy and deep meaning in their lives. Ultimately I specialize in helping people understand their patterns and be more effective communicators in their world. My role has been a guide and coach for my clients, providing innovative approaches based on Gestalt Method, Ancient Forgiveness Techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, NLP and Hypnosis. I use these techniques to help my clients break patterns, many of which are fear based as a result of early childhood trauma that causes emotional issues in the present. This is deep and powerful work, and is necessary to enable a positive path to desired future. I look forward to working with you and guiding you on the path to healing and freedom.

Hi, I’m Marixa. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Master of Science in Educational Counseling. I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. One method I often integrate is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which, when combined with talk therapy, has helped many of my clients reduce the intensity of their symptoms and move closer to their goals. I have also completed the Brain Health Professional Certification from Amen University and am part of the Amen University alumni network of certified professionals. This training informs my work with a more holistic, brain-based understanding of mental health and wellness. I believe that healing begins when we allow ourselves to truly feel and process what’s beneath the surface. Taking that first step can feel overwhelming, but it’s often the most powerful move toward becoming more aligned with who you are and how you want to feel.

Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Hi there, I'm Belinda! A gently contained, consistently safe and respectful space to explore your thoughts and emotions that you have never dared to think of twice, nor have ever spoken about-- This is my offering for you. The conversations that happen in this space, and the effort spent on exploring your thoughts and feelings in a kind and curious approach is your offering to yourself. Expectations for you: Simply show up as you are. That's all. Just show up. Expectations for me: I will guide the conversation to places where it may be beneficial for you to explore. Then I will offer my feedback and observations in hopes of you getting a better understanding of yourself (how you think/feel the way you do, where it may have started, and what all this might mean for you in the future). 'Why is this important?'-- Because understanding yourself is the first step to a possible and SUSTAINABLE change. YOU are the common denominator in all your relationships and human connections that you have sole and ABSOLUTE control over. So, if you could see about making small changes in yourself, then you might see positive outcomes in your connections in the world around you. Shall we get started?

I am a mental health therapist who is based in Orange County, CA. I received my B.A in psychology and social behavior at the University of California, Irvine. My area of study there centered on psychological and neurological functions of a person and how this contributes to each person's unique life experiences. I went on to receive my M.A for social welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. My area of concentration there were health and mental health across the lifespan. My previous research centered around looking at rates of burnout and compassion fatigue in different work settings. I have also been involved in research centering around how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can affect an individual's stress response and how individuals with higher ACEs are more likely to have more negative physical health outcomes later in life. My specialty areas involve working with clients who have gone through different traumas and helping clients adapt, cope and grow. I believe that every client is uniquely different so I tailor my therapeutic modalities to the client's presenting needs. I enjoy my role in helping individuals achieve the best version of themselves. In my free time, I love keeping my mind and body active with physical fitness, reading, being out in nature, traveling and spending time with my dog.

Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

With nine years of psychotherapy experience, I’m passionate about helping people heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build more confident, fulfilling futures. My career has included work in day centers for adults with severe mental illness, crisis shelters for youth, and community mental health services. For the past year and a half, I’ve been privileged to offer focused, personalized care in private practice. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and actively working toward certification. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based method that helps people process and release the emotional charge of distressing memories, allowing them to feel more at peace in the present. I use EMDR to support clients in reducing emotional overwhelm, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting change. For clients not yet ready for trauma reprocessing, I incorporate resourcing and stabilization techniques to build coping skills and emotional regulation. While EMDR is a central part of my work, I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and other evidence-based methods to ensure each session is tailored to your needs. My approach is flexible and collaborative—we adapt our work based on what feels most supportive for you in the moment. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. My experience includes eight years in community mental health and over two years working in a youth shelter, guiding teens through family conflict, instability, and major life transitions. At the heart of my practice is a safe, non-judgmental environment where your voice matters. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together toward meaningful, sustainable progress—whether that means processing the past, feeling more grounded in the present, or moving forward with confidence.

My approach draws on psychoanalytic thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness. Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us. In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull.

We were never taught how to be in a relationship of any kind. Yes there are tons of books of how to, however to put them to practical use can be very difficult. This can also relate to a relationship with a family member, friends or co-workers. Sometimes our own mental health can influence all of our relationships, and you may need coping techniques for anxiety and or depression type symptoms. I will work with you individually to help you gain insight to your own behavior that may be influencing your relationship. I’ve studied and practiced many methods. I like to be eclectic and work with you with what’s needed to get you back on track and feeling your best. I was a teacher for many years, then went for my masters in social work. Life has many twists and turns. Sometimes we can feel off balance or are suffering from depression or anxiety. We’ve all had our ups and downs and getting back on track and feeling our best is a goal I enjoy helping people achieve to live the life they want.

I’m Dr. Andy Davis, a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Thirteen of those years were spent serving in the U.S. Air Force, where I had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, grief, personality disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. As a sex-positive therapist, I provide a safe and affirming environment for clients to explore sensitive areas of their lives without fear of judgment. My therapeutic style is both solutions-focused and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe therapy should be proactive and goal-driven, helping clients not only gain insight but also develop strategies for change. Clients often describe me as direct and honest, while also compassionate and collaborative—I strive to give practical feedback and advice that can be applied both in and outside of sessions. I especially enjoy working with veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and young adults. These groups often face unique challenges, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s complexities. In addition to my clinical work, I have an extensive background in clinical research. While serving in the Air Force, I conducted sleep studies and developed modern treatment approaches for PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. This research continues to inform my practice, and I place strong emphasis on developing healthy routines, quality sleep schedules, and consistent self-care as foundations for mental health. I often work with clients to build structure into daily life, recognizing these habits play a powerful role in resilience and long-term well-being. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to face challenges, discover new perspectives, and build lasting resilience.

🌻 Hello, I am Kayleigh Eden, a bright, colorful, warm story keeper and teller. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a neuroscience informed perspective specializing in trauma, grief and addiction. I have a genuine love, empathy and fascination with people and their experiences, and I believe this gives me a talent for understanding where my clients are coming from. I know that no matter what has brought you here seeking a therapist, you are someone with a purpose and a worthwhile story to tell and continue living out. I’d love to be a place to rest, a listening ear to share a cup of tea with, or even a guide along the way. I believe that healing ourselves is the most vital courageous thing we could do for ourselves and the collective. I've come to know that growth is often very uncomfortable and even painful. Which is why so many people choose not to! Because of this, I believe in bringing as much joy and passion as possible into your treatment journey. Trauma, grief and addiction can rob us of our connection to life, and I think love, our values, creativity, and compassion can anchor us back into our desired experiences. I utilize a combination of behavioral therapy (DBT,CBT), somatic experiencing for teaching nervous system regulation skills, as well as values exploration, art and storytelling.
