I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. I have 13 years of experience in the mental health field I work with a wide range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, conflict, divorce, parenting issues, stress management and trauma. I am a graduate of California Lutheran University with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am an interactive therapist who works from an integrative framework. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
