(she/her)
I’m a holistic, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of mental health and substance use. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—exhausted by cycles of relapse, emotional pain, or instability. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your story, uncover patterns, and develop tools for lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep respect for your unique experiences, empowering you to heal, connect, and create a life aligned with your values.
In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a space where you feel safe and free to be yourself—where you can notice your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you—your values—and begin building a plan that helps you take committed action toward the life you want, even when difficult emotions or challenges arise.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the way I integrate holistic care with proven, evidence-based therapies like ACT, tailoring everything to fit each person’s unique story and goals. I focus on your strengths and motivations, using mindfulness and practical strategies to help you build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Clients often tell me that this approach feels empowering because it honors where they are while guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change aligned with their values
My ideal clients are people who are ready to face the challenges of mental health and substance use but may feel stuck or overwhelmed by the cycle of relapse, anxiety, or emotional pain. They want a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences and develop new ways to cope and heal. Together, we’ll work on understanding your story, breaking harmful patterns, and building the tools and hope you need to move forward—at a pace that feels right for you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat addiction focusing on identifying and changing the thought patterns that drive harmful behaviors. In my practice, I help clients recognize triggers, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthy coping strategies. CBT provides clients with practical tools that support long-term recovery and relapse prevention."
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I focus on understanding your unique story—what you’ve been through, what has worked for you in the past, and what challenges keep showing up.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients increase psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values. My approach focuses on mindfulness skills to accept difficult thoughts and emotions without judgment, while committing to behavior changes that support recovery. ACT empowers clients to tolerate discomfort, reduce avoidance patterns, and make choices that foster long-term wellbeing.
Mind-body approach
I use a mind-body approach to address the connection between physical, emotional, and mental health in addiction recovery. This includes mindfulness, breathing techniques, and somatic awareness to help regulate the nervous system and reduce stress. By integrating these practices with traditional therapy, clients build resilience, improve self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to manage cravings and triggers.
Trauma Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed care approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment, recognizing the impact trauma can have on addiction and recovery. My practice focuses on creating a supportive environment, avoiding re-traumatization, and helping clients develop coping skills to manage triggers. This approach allows clients to process experiences at their own pace while building a strong foundation for lasting change.
