New to Grow
I work with deep feelers, overthinkers, cycle-breakers, and people in transition who are ready to release the old emotional stories they no longer want to live inside. My approach is warm, intuitive, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, protective responses, and inner agreements that may have formed through pain, survival, heartbreak, family dynamics, identity shifts, or repeated relational wounds. I help clients slow down, listen inward, understand what their emotions are trying to protect, and begin relating to themselves with more clarity, compassion, and choice. My work supports emotional release, self-trust, nervous system awareness, healthier boundaries, and the gradual return to one’s own voice, body, truth, and power.
In our first session, you can expect a spacious, nonjudgmental conversation where we begin getting to know what has brought you here, what you have been carrying, and what you are hoping will feel different in your life. We will move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your story, and your readiness. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. We may explore current stressors, relationship patterns, emotional blocks, past experiences, coping strategies, and the deeper themes that seem to repeat. My goal is to help you feel seen, emotionally safe, and gently oriented toward the work ahead, while beginning to identify the old patterns or inner agreements that may be asking to shift.
What makes my work distinct is the way I blend emotional depth, spiritual sensitivity, relational insight, and practical nervous system awareness. I do not see symptoms or patterns as random problems to fix; I see them as meaningful adaptations that once served a purpose. I help clients understand the intelligence beneath their coping, the story beneath their reactions, and the unmet needs beneath their longing. My style is both tender and clear: I offer warmth, presence, reflection, and accountability without rushing your process or pathologizing your pain. Clients who work well with me are often ready for therapy that feels honest, soulful, emotionally attuned, and transformative — a space where they can shed what no longer fits and begin living from a truer inner agreement.
I work best with clients who are ready to shed limiting beliefs and maladaptive coping strategies that no longer work, in a consistent and sustained way. I work best with clients who desire a more person centered, collaborative approach. And I work best with clients who desire to look at their emotional and behavioral patterns honestly, compassionately, gently and bravely.
