With more than three decades of experience as a therapist, I provide a strength-based, family-driven, solution-focused approach to counseling. My own life experiences, along with years of professional practice, has given me insight into many of life's challenges and transitions. I believe that life can be a powerful teacher and that, through adversity, people often discover strengths they never knew they possessed. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, build resilience, and find hope as we work together to navigate your experiences and create positive change. As a Christian therapist, my faith informs my belief in hope, healing, grace, and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate faith-based principles and relevant biblical wisdom into the counseling process. Together, we can work to create meaningful, lasting change as you move toward becoming the best version of yourself.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I work with single mothers & single-parent families, as well as children & parents experiencing a range of emotional & relational challenges. My focus includes custody & visitation issues, family conflict, and parent-child relationships. I provide family-driven, supportive, strength-based, and solution-focused therapy aimed at improving communication, stability, and overall family functioning.

Faith based therapy

Using the same therapy practices: a solution-focused, strength-based, problem-solving approach. We explore together & discover relevant bible-based wisdom. We ask God to join us in session. This helps a lot!

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Healing begins by acknowledging and working through difficult feelings. I help clients use their emotional experiences to understand & resolve past traumas, build resilence, and become the best versions of themselves.

Couples Counseling

I typically begin couples with individual sessions for each partner, followed by therapeutic assignments designed to promote insight and personal growth. Once both individuals have established goals and developed skills for productive participation, we transition to joint sessions to improve communication, strengthen the relationship, and address shared concerns together.
