I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that everybody deserves a safe, and supportive space where they can feel that they are heard and understood. My focus is on helping adults with depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions and self-esteem. My approach is goal oriented and helping to work through life's challenges, develop greater insight and make meaningful changes that improve their overall well-being.
During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be experiencing, and what you would like to be different in your life. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths and discussing how therapy can best support you moving forward.
My experience has taught me that every person’s story is unique, so I meet clients where they are rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring patience, compassion, and a practical perspective to helping clients work through life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with people who are facing life’s challenges and are looking for someone to walk alongside them as they find their way forward. Someone who is open to self-reflection and wants a respectful, nonjudgmental space where they can talk honestly about what they’re experiencing. Whether you are dealing with a difficult transition, emotional challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a respectful therapeutic space where we can work together to better understand your needs, identify your strengths, and find a path forward.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps us look at how the way we think about situations can influence how we feel and respond. In our sessions, we can identify unhelpful patterns, consider different perspectives, and develop practical strategies for managing challenges. I use CBT in a supportive and individualized way, always keeping your needs and goals at the center of our work
