The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I use motivational interviewing to help you resolve mixed feelings and insecurities to find internal motivation to help make changes you want to see in your life. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques in order to identify and combat faulty thinking patterns and to learn and implement adaptive ways of coping.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe we are all capable of change and growth. As a therapist one of my greatest strengths is my ability to empower my clients to make the changes they want to make in their lives.

I enjoy working with individuals who want to make changes in their lives. Whether those changes involve careers, relationships or things that impact us like anxiety or depression. Sometimes we get stuck or overwhelmed. Taking the next step can be the decision that puts you on the right path.
