I’m a therapist who helps high-achieving women and teens break free from the constant pressures of perfection, self-doubt, and “never enough.” Many of my clients look successful and capable on the outside—but inside, they’re battling anxiety, overwhelm, or the weight of past experiences that shape how they see themselves. As someone who is neurodivergent with ADHD, I understand firsthand how living with a busy brain can make life feel both overwhelming and isolating. That perspective shapes the way I show up in therapy—with compassion, flexibility, and a deep respect for the different ways people think, feel, and process the world. In our work together, I’ll help you uncover the patterns fueling stress and self-doubt while also giving you practical tools to feel more grounded and confident. For teens, that might mean learning to manage big emotions, navigate academic and social pressures, and build self-worth. For women, it often looks like releasing old beliefs, finding balance, and redefining success on your own terms. At the heart of my work is the belief that you deserve more than survival—you deserve to thrive. I’ll walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, embrace your uniqueness, and create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and empowering.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session serves to learn about your needs and background so that we can make a plan and get to work quickly on uncovering blocks to you reaching your goals. Our first session looks like a bit of paperwork and it is the most crucial step to us working together. I want to learn what you need from therapy and what you might have experienced on this journey. Then, we'll dig in and get to work!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to—that with me, they don’t feel judged or pressured to “have it all figured out.” They feel safe bringing even the scariest or darkest thoughts into the room, knowing I can hold that space with compassion and confidence. What sets me apart is that I don’t just listen—I walk alongside you. I know what it feels like to carry invisible struggles while the world expects you to keep performing. As a neurodivergent therapist with ADHD, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. That allows me to connect in a way that’s real, empathetic, and attuned to the challenges of navigating life when your brain or your circumstances don’t fit neatly into the box of “normal.” I’m not here to hand you cookie-cutter strategies or quick fixes. Instead, I offer a space where you can untangle the hard stuff at your own pace, discover strengths you may not see in yourself, and learn tools that actually fit your life. My clients say they leave sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful—even when the work is deep and tough.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world—expected to succeed, keep it all together, and make it look effortless? On the outside, you appear accomplished. But on the inside, you may feel exhausted, anxious, or like you’re constantly falling short. For many high-achieving women, the pressure to do it all perfectly never stops. It can lead to stress, burnout, and that nagging sense of “not enough.” Add in imposter syndrome—second-guessing your accomplishments and questioning if you really belong—and it’s easy to feel isolated and alone, even when others see you as successful. Teens today face a similar struggle. Between academic pressures, social media, and the expectations to “be everything,” it’s no wonder so many feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about who they are. They may withdraw, push themselves too hard, or doubt their worth—all while quietly struggling inside. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. In our work together, we’ll uncover the patterns—often rooted in old experiences—that keep you (or your teen) stuck in self-doubt and overdrive. I’ll help you build tools to manage stress and anxiety, set boundaries that stick, and make space for rest, joy, and confidence. My approach blends support, compassion, and proven strategies to help both women and teens reconnect with their strengths, define success on their own terms, and step into a life where they feel grounded, capable, and empowered to thrive.
