Knows No Face LLC is a mental health and wellness counseling and consulting practice committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward emotional healing and personal growth. Founded by Rashida Henry, a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, and speaker, the company was created from a deep, personal commitment to increasing mental health awareness and accessibility—particularly within urban communities where stigma, systemic barriers, and limited resources often prevent individuals from seeking support.
Through counseling, education, and community engagement, Knows No Face LLC works to normalize conversations around mental health, empower individuals with practical tools for resilience, and foster environments where healing is not only possible but sustainable. The mission is rooted in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a belief that wellness truly knows no face—it transcends background, circumstance, and identity.

I specialize in working with men who struggle with self-esteem, relationships difficulties, motivation issues, social anxiety, ADHD, depression, and parenting issues. The clients I work with generally fall into 3 groups of people.
The 1st struggles with self-esteem, social anxiety, some difficulties with forming healthy relationships, sensitivity to rejection, uncertainty of who they are, and being self-critical.
The 2nd struggles with ADHD, indecisiveness, following through on goals, feeling disorganized, talking compulsively, racing thoughts, having too many ideas, and being perfectionistic to a fault.
The 3rd group I work with are fathers or husbands. They may have difficulties controlling their emotions, connecting with their partner or children in a meaningful way, or communicating their thoughts and feelings in a way that's honest and empathetic.
Every client I see is unique and not everything listed always applies, but if you see yourself in any of these groups then I encourage you to keep reading.
Unfortunately I do not work with clients under the age of 24.

In my spare time, you’ll often find me walking outdoors, spending time with my pet and family, and nurturing positive relationships that keep me grounded and energized.
Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.

I am a therapist with experience in various forms of therapy, having assisted children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family settings. I am adept at facilitating difficult conversations. First and foremost in my life is my family. Through good and not so good, I have made decisions in my own life to bring myself peace in order to be the best version of myself for everyone who loves me. Genuine and honest are the two qualities I strive to show each and every person in my life. I will never tell you anything unless I believe it. I am not here to make you feel better but for you to feel better about yourself. I will listen closely and ask thoughtful questions to make sure I am understanding what you want me to know.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use dogs in my office while doing therapy. Please schedule telehealth or advise in advance if you are not comfortable in an office with animals. They do provide therapeutic support to clients and have been part of my practice for some time. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.
I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did. There is no perfect childhood and it is likely families do the best they can and it may not have filled the needs of their child.
I am happy to take as much time as needed to work through the problem as you understand it.

Hello! I have almost 30 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals and families struggling and with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem issues and more. I specifically find meaningful work with families in the LGBTQ community who have difficulty navigating life in this world of hate and prejudice. Life transitions such as losing a partner, a job, moving or becoming an empty nester are examples of other issues that I have guided my clients through over the years. I am open to helping anyone who wants to make changes to have a more meaningful and happier life!
I have been practicing for 9 years and enjoy working with people from all different walks of life. I'm passionate about helping people live an authentic life and learn skills to manage their mental health. I enjoy creativity and getting outdoors. I try to include elements of these into therapy as all areas of our health are interconnected. I use a variety of approaches while keeping the client in the center. Some of these approaches include CBT and ACT while keeping a trauma informed perspective. I enjoy grief work and helping people process through this challenging time.
