Anxiety, trauma, depression, and coping with daily life are difficult challenges. I offer a strong therapeutic alliance and guidance along your journey. My most important end goal is to provide you with the answers, tools, and strategies to empower you to manage difficult challenges. My background in psychology and social work combines scientific and holistic methods to form an eclectic approach to therapy.
Our first session is for assessment and/or diagnoses. We will identify presenting issues.

Individuals wanting therapy to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating/feeding disorders, grief/loss. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, CBT for anxiety/depression, grief therapy for grief and loss. CBT-E for eating and feeding disorders. I work with all people from all walks of life. I provide in-person therapy and telehealth therapy sessions. I work with teens, adults, and aging adults.

First meeting with Don today, and I felt comfortable with him right away. His office is welcoming and relaxing, and Don speaks clearly and communicates very effectively.
