Hi, I'm Richelle. I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor with over eight years of experience helping individuals improve their mental health and quality of life. I have worked in a variety of settings, including online therapy.
Right now, life may feel hard. You’ve faced many challenges that seemed to have come out of nowhere, and you're constantly doing your best to navigate through them. You struggle to set healthy boundaries and often feel overwhelmed. Asking for help isn't always easy. You may say to yourself, “What will people think? I can figure it out on my own.” It’s tough because you usually go at it alone, carrying the load and bearing the burden. However, deep down inside, you know that something isn't quite right and that you could use some support. Does this sound familiar? As someone who has been there before, I understand how tough it can be to take that first step to reach out.
While you may feel like you have to handle everything yourself, these are the times when reaching out for help can give you some direction and help you find your path forward. The truth is, it takes strength and courage to say, “I need help.” And when you do, you'll find that you have the inner strengths and abilities to make meaningful change in your life. Together, we can work to discover those strengths and create a path forward that's tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Sometimes life feels overwhelming—whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I specialize in working with adults, including young adults, using a strengths-based, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs. I create a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping skills, and strengthen your sense of self. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety, improve relationships, and cultivate greater self-worth and self-trust. My goal is to help you gain insight, feel more confident and connected, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life—creating meaningful, lasting change. I welcome the opportunity to support you in that process.

Hi! I’m Ariana! I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults that are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to make meaningful changes that positively impact their everyday lives, relationships, confidence, emotional well-being, communication skills, and overall sense of self-worth and personal growth.
Hi, I’m Sylvia Bella. I work with teens who put a lot of pressure on themselves and often feel stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to cope with everything they’re carrying. Many of the teens I support struggle with stress related to school, friendships, family dynamics, self-esteem, or constant self-doubt. Some begin shutting down, avoiding things they used to enjoy, or reacting in ways they don’t fully understand.
I also work closely with parents who want to better understand their teen, improve communication, and feel more confident supporting them through difficult moments.
In therapy, I help teens make sense of what they’re feeling, develop healthier ways to manage stress and emotions, and build confidence in themselves and their decisions. My approach is supportive, practical, and down-to-earth. I focus on creating a space where teens feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR, tailoring therapy to each teen’s individual needs and personality.

Hi there:) My name is Lauren. I’ve been providing therapy for about 11 years now. I have experience with just about every population from school age to the elder years. I believe strongly in the mind/body connection and the utilization of a holistic, client centered approach to address both physical and mental health as they both work in conjunction to promote quality of life. Greetings! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and have worked with offenders, anger management clients, couples, teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. Through a strengths based approach, my clients learn more about themselves thus improving self-confidence, communication, mood and overall outlook on life. I love serving my teen and couples clients via the Gallup strengths test. This test helps individuals understand where their energy is highest and what they value most. It's not about "strengths", but values. I believe one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take the time to truly understand ourselves as this helps us learn to communicate effectively, be productive, overcome procrastination and more. This is one tool of many I enjoy using to help my clients.
