I am a professional counselor with over 10 years of experience licensed in both Ohio (LPCC) and Pennsylvania (LPC). While I've worn many different hats in my career, what I love most is connecting one-on-one through individual sessions. I blend tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy with a person-centered, feminist lens approach rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and shape your own path forward.

My first session motto is 'no pressure.' We'll start by getting to know each other, learning what brought you to the therapy, and beginning to build your toolbox of skills.

I have a knack for helping people who have struggled in therapy before discover what works for them. My person-centered approach empowers you to feel safe, supported, and confident as you explore new perspectives, grow through challenges, and embrace your own path forward.

I love to work with adults of all ages dealing with life’s challenges, from depression, anxiety, and grief to relationship stress, identity exploration, and everyday pressures, with a deep commitment to working with women, parents, and LGBTQIA+ folk.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to grow awareness of the connection between your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings so you can break patterns that no longer serve you.
Feminist
No one exists in a vacuum. By using a feminist therapy lens we can better understand how our society impacts our personal experiences and how we view ourselves, our relationships, and our world.
Compassion Focused
Guilt and shame are the enemies of growth. By grounding our work in compassion I can assist you in working through negative self-perception to make space for meaningful change.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
