In our first session, I will begin with a brief introduction and overview of how we’ll work together. You can expect a supportive and empathetic environment where we will engage in conversation to explore the challenges you’re facing and discuss goals that would be beneficial for you. This initial meeting is an opportunity to understand your needs and begin building a foundation for our work together.
