Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I received my Master's Degree from Boston College and have been practicing for 7+ years. I have experience working in community mental health, outpatient, and inpatient psychiatric settings. As a therapist, I have worked with all ages, primarily adolescents and adults, and populations including those with chronic health issues, DV survivors, and those recently released from incarceration. I am also an LGBTQ+, non-monogamy, sex work, racial justice, and kink allied therapist and support harm reduction.
I am a bilingual Afro Latina, master’s level therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health needs. I work primarily with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including motherhood, relationship challenges, and work-life balance. I understand the unique pressures that come with holding multiple roles and expectations, and I strive to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
With warmth, empathy, and a culturally responsive lens, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing into my work. I help you explore patterns, understand the deeper roots of your experiences, and build practical tools to manage daily stressors. My approach is both supportive and insight-oriented, allowing you to feel heard while also being gently challenged toward growth.
I believe that healing happens in relationship and that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, valued, and understood. I work collaboratively with you to strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, I am here to walk alongside you because everyone needs a little help along the way.
I'm Essy, a licensed therapist and coach who works best with folks who feel like outsiders in a world built for sameness. I support neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, trauma, burnout, and the pressure to mask or overperform. With equal parts warmth and real talk, I help clients make sense of their story, rewrite the rules they’ve been handed, and build a life that actually fits.

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar.
I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world.
It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!
I have been a therapist for over 16 years in a number of different settings. I have developed a passion for joining with clients to see their whole picture, to understand the why behind who they are, to develop compassion for the different parts of yourself and to tap into the innate abilities, insights and skills you have to help you grow. I want to help you start to live a more examined life, one where you can experience more control.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward self-discovery, healing, and growth. With over 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families in schools, homes, and clinical settings, I help clients uncover their strengths, build supportive relationships, and create a foundation for lasting well-being.
My approach blends evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing—with mindfulness and gratitude practices. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, set meaningful goals, and find purpose in their experiences. Together, we work toward building resilience, embracing change, and cultivating a life aligned with your values and vision for the future.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.
My broad spectrum of specialties includes addressing and treating Trauma, utilizing EMDR and trauma focused therapies.
I also have extensive experience in Addiction treatment, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression, Sleep Hygiene, and Understanding the Mind and Body Connection. She also has experience in treating eating disorders and women's issues in mid-life surrounding perimenopause and menopause.
This wide-reaching skillset ensures that regardless of your struggle, I can provide personalized solutions that cater directly to your needs and therapy goals.
My name is Stephanie O'Neill and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. After many years of working in the nonprofit world, I entered the mental health field to help individuals more closely. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of field experience. I know starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming so I strive to provide a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment. A strong relationship is the most important thing to me during the therapeutic process. Once that is established then we can focus on the work that needs to be done.
As a licensed Psychologist, I first prioritize learning not only why a person is contacting me, but also to be able to relate to that person based on their individual needs and what are their expectations of therapy. I believe that we all need to have a sense of purpose or meaningfulness in our lives, something that our thoughts, emotions and life experiences contribute to the "heart" of our personalities.
The process of healing from the challenges of life begins with a search for truth about our beliefs, habits and relationships. Physical health is affected by our mental health through the complex interactions between the brain and bodily functions. Interventions I use in my sessions include Cognitive Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT.
As a Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals. Even though these patient populations are diverse, the common denominator is the human "heart". My sessions work to connect a person's sense of meaning in life to help them overcome anxiety, depression and a loss of personal identity in this complex world.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled beneath the surface. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and meaningful — a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself.

I have been in the behavioral health/mental health field for 15 years now specializing in healthcare management and behavioral health optimization. I know first hand that in order to get the most out of your long term therapeutic relationship you first have to take care of the other medical and psychosocial factors in your life. This may mean getting connected to a primary care physician best suited for you or finding a home care agency that can help out around the house. We all have things that take up space in our mind and schedules that make it hard to fully focus on the work it takes to fully feel better. Connect with me before long term therapy to help in these care management areas. We will work shorter term to manage some of these more pressing matters so your mind is clearer and better positioned to do some of the deeper work.

I've been blessed to have wonderful professional positions throughout my career (see roderickhaferphd.com). Most recently I was Vice-Chair of the Psychiatry Department at the University of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with all client presentations and believe that the "connection" with those I treat is critical to therapy success. I think a 15 to 30 minute free consultation would be the best approach to determine "our fit" in working together.
