I am a licensed social worker who's worked in the field for 20+ years in healthcare, mental health, and community settings with varied populations from infants to seniors. In my therapy practice I focus on work with individual adult clients in Massachusetts via telehealth. I work together with you, offering a safe space to process issues in your life that may be holding you back, engage in thoughtful problem-solving, and help you build coping skills to move forward with your personal goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I will ask you to tell me about yourself and what brings you to therapy at this time and answer any questions you may have. The conversation typically evolves from there, and we can start working on therapuetic goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use an eclectic strength based approach to therapy that looks more like conversation than psychobabble but will make you feel heard and motivate to change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adult individuals who are ready to make positive life changes. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, adjustment to life changes, relationship challenges, grief, parenting/ caregiver stress, and that general “stuck” feeling.
