Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Massachusetts. I received my Masters in Counseling psychology from Anna Maria College in 2020. I started my own private practice in 2023. I help men and women manage everyday stressors and create small changes that help to improve your mental health. I enjoy bringing coping skills into your life that helps to improve life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then talk about specific challenges that you are facing and areas you need to focus on first. This will help me create a personal plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions that helps provide support in the areas you need the support the most.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with client's suffering from addiction over the last 6 years, I've developed a method for helping you (a) identify the areas of your life you want/need support in and (b) create a plan that leads to measurable progress and improves your everyday life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a treatment method that can apply to any mental health struggles and provide small, but effective changes that can be seen fairly quickly in your everyday life.

Couples Counseling

Couples Counseling is a way to have a non-bias 3rd person to both communicate your thoughts and emotions while helping to increase communication and help to identify each others love languages.

Narrative

Talking can help to organize and verbalize thoughts and emotions to help understand how you are feeling. Just talking a situation through can allow you to come up with a solution or understand a situation in a different way that is helpful.

Strength-Based

Strength-Based counseling is really to help turn provide a focus on the strengths that you have. Feeling out of control or only seeing the negative in a situation, this treatment method is helpful as it focuses on the strengths that you have to get through a situation

Motivational Interviewing

Not sure if you want to create change. Motivational Interviewing helps to ask questions that motivate you to start creating changes that you want to no longer feel stuck.
