New to Grow
Even when things look fine on the outside, you might feel anxious, burned out, disconnected, or just not like yourself. Maybe you're facing a major change, experiencing difficult emotions, carrying the weight of chronic stress or health challenges, or dealing with something you can't quite name. Maybe you're just tired of feeling stuck. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, acute and chronic medical conditions, and life transitions. I welcomes into my practice anyone who’s ready to explore what healing might look like for them. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space where you don’t have to pretend. A space where you can exhale, say the hard things out loud, and feel seen. This is the kind of space I strive to create in every session—where you can be real, be heard, and begin to find your way forward.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session we will look at past experiences that may play a role in challenges you are facing today, look at current struggles, look at strengths which we can leverage to build a plan for addressing these challenges and begin the journey of healing and change.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Empathy, client centered, working on change that is meaningful to each client.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
While I work with a wide range of clients, I’m especially attuned to the emotional toll that many women carry—often quietly—while juggling roles as caregivers, professionals, partners, and mothers. The stress of showing up for everyone else while trying to hold yourself together can be exhausting. Life transitions, aging, chronic health concerns, and loss only add to that weight. These experiences deserve care that’s thoughtful, grounded, and deeply respectful of your lived reality.
Supportive
I utilize several treatment modalities; CBT, ACT, Integrative Mental Health all with the goal of making change that meets the clients needs and goals.
Strength-Based
I use a strenght-based and solution focused approach focusing on the skills and foundation you already have to work on the issues you want to in therapy
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Specialized training in the use of CBT to address thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Relational
I believe the relationship and trust built in therapy is paramount in the change process
