Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I recieved my Masters degree from Southern NH University. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with anxiety disorders such as OCD. I also have experience working with clients who experience depressive symptoms, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I utilize a mixed approach focusing on CBT, Solution Focus, and Person Centered. I also firmly believe the family system and how we were brought up has a lot to do with who we are today.
I’m our first session, we will start with an introduction and some intake questions. Well discuss some long-term goals and design a specialized treatment plan tailored just for you!
I have experience in the field in many different directions. From Out Patient Therapy, to Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization, and Crisis Intervention. I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with many different struggles. This experience has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to work with clients of all populations.
I love working with clients in identifying their major stressors and figuring out ways to better manage these stressors. I love helping clients see ways in successfully managing their anxiety symptoms!
I have been utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Techniques for years. Together we will identify a precipitation of struggle and figure out a way to reshape our thinking/behaviors around that particular struggle. Restructuring the way we think is critical in living a healthier, happier lifestyle.
