New to Grow
I’m an LICSW with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll identify the areas of your life that feel difficult or overwhelming and develop meaningful goals to help you move toward the life you want for yourself.
Our first session will be a conversation about your goals for therapy, identifying the areas of concern you’d like to address, and exploring my approach to treatment. This helps ensure that we are a good fit and sets the foundation for our work together.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my ability to meet clients where they are and tailor my methods to best support their growth and progress toward their goals. I prioritize creating a positive, comfortable, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered throughout the process.
I am best qualified to assist individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and aging concerns. My treatment methods best serve individuals who are ready to acknowledge challenges and work towards their goals and changes they want to make.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals identify and better understand unhelpful, cyclical patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to distress. Together, we explore how these patterns interact and maintain challenges in daily life. Once identified, I incorporate strategies such as cognitive restructuring and thought reframing to support clients in developing healthier, more balanced perspectives. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on building skills that clients can apply outside of sessions to create lasting change.
Narrative
I incorporate Narrative Therapy to help clients explore the stories they have developed about themselves and their life experiences. Often, challenges become internalized as defining identities rather than experiences that can be examined and reshaped. In our work together, I help clients separate themselves from the problem, identify strengths and values that may have been overlooked, and re-author narratives in ways that feel more empowering and aligned with who they want to be. This approach fosters insight, self-compassion, and a greater sense of agency in moving forward.
