I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative conversation. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel respected, validated, and heard. I approach therapy with a down-to-earth style. I strive to meet each person with empathy and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your current strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Our first session is a chance for you to introduce yourself. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I can best support you on your journey. I’ll also invite you to share some background information and personal history to help me gain a clearer understanding of your experiences.
I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what’s going on, and how we can approach it in session. I believe in collaborative work, strong communication and client engagement are the keys to success.

Trauma Informed Care
As a certified trauma-informed therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is rooted in a whole systems approach and draws from Somatic Healing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Together, we will explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity while helping you reconnect with your strengths and resilience. Through deepening self-understanding and fostering personal growth, my goal is to support you in discovering balance, healing and empowerment.
