Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building rapport. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I can best support you on your journey. I’ll also invite you to share some background information and personal history to help me gain a clearer understanding of your experiences and the factors that have shaped where you are today. This meeting is a relaxed, collaborative space where you can share at your own pace as we start laying the foundation for meaningful and supportive work together.
