Hello! I’m Crystal Porter, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with many years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
My passion lies in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma related dysregulation, I provide a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and to walk with you towards finding the hope, healing, and restoration you seek.
Hello! My name is Leticia Graham. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Southeast Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health with an emphasis on Substance Abuse in 1995 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I later decided to return to the University of North Florida and received my Master of Science in Health with an emphasis on Health Education/Health Promotion and my Master of Public Health. I worked as a substance abuse counselor for 15 years with both adolescents and adults in Jacksonville, Florida. Many of these clients were dual diagnosed clients (also suffering from mental health issues). In November 2013, I was laid off due to the grant I worked under ending and not being renewed. During this time, I have found that I would like to continue working in the counseling field on a part-time basis while my daughter is in school. It was at this time that I decided to pursue my Master of Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Christ led me to this career.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and met where they are, while working toward meaningful change. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, and trauma, empowering them to build resilience, gain clarity, and create lasting improvements in their lives.
I pride myself on being that therapist that helps you identify practical ways to apply what you already know. While I am an expert in my field, only you are the expert of your own life. Now that you've made it this far, let's work together on what's next for you. Trust the process of inner healing, allow me to go through the transition with you. You'll be surprised by your own strength. Your journey has already started.
Hello, Im TeNille. I bring 7 years of experience as a social worker into the space. My specialty areas are depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients ages 18-55. I have a particular interest in working with students both college age and non- traditional. I also value walking along side clients and assisting them in creating boundaries and prioritizing themselves.
I'm skilled in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis Interventions, Psycho-education and Coping skills. However, my theoretical orientation is Person Centered therapy. In our work together, I use a person-centered approach. That means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I’ll focus on understanding your perspective, being genuine in our conversations, and accepting you as you are. You're in the driver’s seat here, and I am here to walk alongside you.
I currently counsel teens, adults, and older adults with life transitions, career dysphoria, relationship difficulties, and anxiety. I offer compassion, empathy, and life experience. I ask questions, listen and offer skills training. I meet my clients where they are and do not formulate preconceived ideas or strategies to help my clients, rather, I seek to understand their view point, life experiences, and cultural influences into their therapy goals.
Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, or controlling your emotions? Feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope with certain situations? On this journey of life, we will face challenges big and small. Taking the first step to walk through your journey to healing can be difficult. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 15 years of experience. Through an exploration of patterns of thoughts and behaviors, I can help you uncover a more authentic self; one free from the stuck feelings of repetitive, discouraging patterns, and one grounded in a more comfortable sense of being. My goal is to walk the path with you, hand in hand and provide the support you need to get to the other side.
I offer encouragement, insight, and strategies to help individuals from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles find deeper life satisfaction. I utilize a variety of modalities, but always works in a client-centered, whole-person approach encouraging clients to show up exactly as they are and focusing on the issues that matter most to them.
I pride myself on providing a warm, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore all aspects of themselves. My job as your therapist is to invite you into each session and to work together, so you leave better than you arrived with more hope. If you are not already aware of your personal superpower(s), then you will be after connecting with me!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience. My work focuses on supporting teens, young adults, adults and seniors dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and life stress. Many of my clients feel worn down by constant worry, intrusive thoughts, or a low mood that makes it hard to enjoy life or feel motivated.
I take a compassionate, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each person’s needs. Sessions are a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and learn practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident over time.
For clients who desire it, I offer optional Christian counseling in a respectful, client-led way. You do not need to be a Christian to work with me, and faith is never forced.

I truly saw the need for more mental health professionals in my community when I lost my father in 2006. Since that day, I began my journey of understanding the mind and how it works. We go through many major life transitions such as breakups, divorce, having children, new professions, loss of income, moving, pandemic stress and more. Most do not realize just how traumatic these seemingly “normal” events are to us at times.
I am here to help you if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, angry or confused concerning anything that has been thrown at you in your life. If you feel that what you are dealing with is too much to handle on your own, please reach out to me. We cannot stop this cycle of numbing or ignoring mental health issues in our world if we do not start within.
As a mental health advocate, I am here for you. I have seen the impact of a lack of relatable and accessible mental health programs and providers. I am here to be the bridge and get you the solutions, support, and guidance you need.
Deciding to begin your therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming and sometimes impossible. My goal is to create a safe environment for you to grow, succeed, and explore the things that you have been struggling with. This could be feelings of anxiety, trauma, communication issues, difficulty establishing boundaries, toxic relationships with family or friends, or a major change in your life that has left you feeling “what do I do now?” Our work together will include identifying triggers and patterns of behavior, as well as recognizing roadblocks and reframing negative thoughts.
Are you ready to lay down some of your load? Come to a comfortable, safe space to unpack whatever you've been carrying. I utilize a strengths-based approach in talk therapy with an emphasis on instilling hope. Together we will celebrate the victories, find a way through the barriers, and walk a path of recovery in whatever part of the journey you are on.
I am a dedicated and experienced therapist with over 10 years in the mental health field, working with diverse populations, including veterans, incarcerated juveniles, cancer patients, battered women, and adults with dual diagnoses. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in teaching coping skills, couples counseling, and incorporating spirituality into therapy, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I strive to create a safe space where clients can build resilience, foster healing, and achieve meaningful personal growth

In my roughly 30 years as a psychologist I have mostly worked with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship problems, and aging issues. I have worked with ages ranging from elementary school to 70s and a little older. If you need assistance with scheduling, please contact me via the Grow Therapy messaging platform. I typically respond to messages during regular business hours. Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you?
If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance.
As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it.
My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

Hello, I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and have been practicing for over 20 years. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I enjoy helping people realize their inner strength and tackle the patterns that prevent them from moving forward and living their best life. I use a variety of techniques in my practice to provide the most effective care.
Recognizing the need for help is an important first step. In fact, rather than acknowledging a weakness, it is a sign of strength. I want to help you to build on that strength to achieve success in the areas you are struggling with.
Specializing in relationship dynamics, I invite individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and more. Christian counseling, men's issues, and family roles are additional areas of special focus I provide.
I believe in personal responsibility, the reality of options at your disposal, and your ability to make decisions that are good for you with clarity. Ownership results in liberty. I would be working with you to help things make more sense and see a path forward.
Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.

Hi there, I'm Xavier
Have you ever asked yourself why am I always stressed? Or how about, why do I feel all over the place emotionally? Nobody understands what I am going through, not even my closet family and friends. Does this effect your relationships, work, health, or generally how you feel about yourself as an individual?
Well be encouraged! I help everyday people manage their depression, anxiety, loneliness, feelings about themselves, and everyday stressors which occur from just living life. We'll use a holistic approach to addressing the challenges and needs in your life. I like to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a rational emotive behavior therapy approach help replace negative self-defeating thoughts with positive thoughts and feelings about yourself.
I'm here to help. I understand seeking help can evoke feelings of embarrassment or fear but it's okay. You are definitely making a great choice. In our sessions together you can be confident and stress-free knowing you are in a safe space, which will allow you to heal, grow, and learn new things about yourself. I will meet you exactly where you are in life, not where you were in the past, or where your going in the future. One step at a time, one day at a time. Can't wait to work with you!
