Your head is spinning with thoughts of what your life should be like. The voice's inside your head keep telling you you're a failure as a person, as a partner, and as a parent. You feel the the "weight of the world" pushing down on you. You're tired. You're tired of being tired. You are ready to reclaim your life. You are ready to make a change!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve motivated men between the ages of 20 and 55 who are ready to engage in deep, meaningful inner work. My clients are often high-functioning individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite outward success. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire for personal growth. They’re curious about their inner world and open to exploring their emotions and beliefs through a compassionate, non-pathologizing lens. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, reduce inner conflict, and create lasting change aligned with their values and authentic self.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In my therapy practice, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and heal their inner world. IFS views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own emotions, beliefs, and roles. Together, we identify these parts—such as protectors, managers, and exiles—and understand their intentions and fears. By connecting with the Self, a calm and compassionate inner presence, clients learn to listen to and care for their parts, leading to deep emotional healing. This approach fosters self-awareness, reduces internal conflict, and supports lasting change from within, empowering clients to live more fully and authentically.
