I have 6 years of social work practice experience in healthcare centers and acute psychiatric hospital settings. I have helped many clients overcome challenges by supporting them in identifying their inner strengths, improving their view of self, and developing healthy coping tools and strategies. I create a warm, genuine, supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to work towards becoming the best version of themselves. My philosophy is we all have what it takes if we do the work. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about the challenges you are experiencing. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan to address those challenges in follow-up sessions.
