I have helped many clients overcome challenges by supporting them in identifying their inner strengths, improving their view of self, and developing healthy coping tools and strategies. I create a warm, genuine, supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to work towards becoming the best version of themselves. My philosophy is we all have what it takes if we do the work. You are the pilot of your life and I am the co-pilot on your journey.
First session
In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk about the challenges you are experiencing. We will work collaboratively to develop a plan to address those challenges in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked with clients from many cultural backgrounds, I am culturally competent and able to empathize with individuals from all walks of life. My non-judgement, genuine, and compassionate approach has afforded me the opportunity to effectively support my clients on their healing journey.
