New to Grow
Hello! My name is April, and I have a passion for helping individuals, families, children, and people across the life span to navigate this thing we call life. Life can be tough at times, and it's hard to determine how to process challenges, navigate unhealthy boundaries, or just cope in general at times. I look forward to working together to navigate the impact of things such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, mood changes, and stress to name a few. Take the first step and reach out so that we can begin this wonderful journey!
You can look forward to a warm, and safe space to start your journey without judgement or pressure.
I feel that I bring a warm listening ear, while using techniques and approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness, Person Centered, and DBT, which are evidence-based methods that have proven to help.
Individuals/families or couples that are dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts/self-harm, behavioral challenges, couple discord, family conflict, new parent concerns, and life transitions. I would love to work with all types of people that are all stages in life so that we can focus in on what you as a an individual, couple or family need to push towards what success and stability can look like for you.
